Seriously...Ricers are to blame for the lack of respect towards imports? puh-lease. Imports have 10X more respect than any domestic crap I know. Who really gives if 50% of Hondas today have self-installed aesthetics? That's a big part of loving cars.
  2. Play stuff on the emulator. They're EVERYWHERE on the internet. Emulators are nice free softwares that lets you play games (usually retro) from ROMs. (which are downloadable files on hosted websites). I'm in love with the emulator since I got to accomplish all my gaming needs that I couldn't when I was young. Like you, I am stressed from college, work, driving, family relationships, but now things are going more smoothly. If you want to know what to play on the emulator, play simulation games like Harvest Moon 64. Very great and relaxing game. Another helpful tip is to anticipate on an event. Host a party or something that gets you excited. Anticipation is a powerful motivation to keep stress at bay. Believe me. Agreed with music. Youtube has pretty much every of it. Just look up lyrics if you don't know names.

Pretty much any cars made before the mid 70s are domestic muscle. Not really my type of car but still damn powerful. Just look at video.

I'm 19. I do drink occasionally when I'm at parties or celebrations with ONLY my family. Smoking/cocaine/marijuana or taking Supplements and enhancements...no. It's a big waste of money and it doesn't really help unless you're in a critical condition or have a compromised immune system. Which the latter may be preventable.

Managed to pay a 600 dollar quote at a auto paint shop and got all the major scratches off my car. The kbb says my car just jumped 800 dollars in value because of that. wewt. Type R refers to integra type R. And they're pretty much everywhere on the streets.

In one of my classes, people who talk are usually cultural people sitting next to each other and having conversations in their own language. I can't exactly know what people do talk about, but I'm willing to bet 90% of it are composed of useless babbles about celebrities, gf/bf's, old news and such.
  7. I remember when the d legs vs. red d'hide chaps scam were popular. I used to counter those scammers by putting away my money at the flurry of last second and end up with free red hide chaps. Good times...

I've heard of having pride but that's just ridiculous. For street racers, spoilers control the air flow of the vehicle, giving you better steering at high speeds (like 90-100 mph). On local speeds, it doesn't really make a difference. I can't picture a middle aged mother having her grocery getter installed one. They are usually for punk drivers or young naive people thinking spoilers is the "way" for 2 door cars and convertibles.
  9. I frankly just try to get over it. I feel pretty down everyday for thinking of all the [cabbage]ty mistakes I made in my life. But just focus on all the good things you accomplished or the stuffs you have that others don't. I feel thankful enough to not live in Africa or be like one of the 1 BILLION people dying and losing their kids because their so poor to afford a decent living. Just take things for granted and you'll be fine. Trust me.
  10. Not bad. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than mine though. (prefer not to tell you how many times I failed at what cb lvl) :ohnoes:
  11. I sadly have to agree with this. Osama dying will probably have minor ramifications to Al-Qaeda but but the whole foundation will still live on. Its likely that Al-Qaeda planned to have a successor since they acknowledged the fact that the U.S. has been searching Osama for so long. As usual, we may never know who the successor might be but in this case, it's better to assume to worst than to assume that Al-Qaeda is finally over thanks to Osama's death.
  12. Got my very first acc back from ~5 years ago. Yay.
  13. My mom is 55 and still maintains her long hair. Also, short hair on elderly woman is purely from choice. Not natural.
  14. It's natural demand. I wouldn't say spike because I don't see anyone buying them out or prices going absurdly high within minutes.
  15. Yes. Its been that way ever since free trade lol. White is very close though.

^ That's a very good deal for an Si. The 99-00 Si are more in demand than newer Si because of tuning and its accessibility for Turbo. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about mileage on Hondas and Toyotas unless they're like 21+ years old or something. As long as you can afford to maintain them, you should be fine with high miles. Pretty much any car needs maintenance. [bleep] the silly ads saying otherwise.

That pretty nice. Excuse my car ignorance, but what is it? Honda Si. It's a branch from the model Civic but more power, sport, and the VTEC. ALOOOOT of people are after Si because of the VTEC but the issue is that the Si only comes with the coupe style (which may yield higher insurance) and is subject to high theft rates. (Especially those that are older than 2001)

I would suggest against buying Integras older than the RSX. Good cars, but leave it by urban areas and it's bound to get stolen within days. I believe the GSR Integra goes for around $2,500 for the mid to late nineties and around $3,500 to $4,500 for the early 2000s.

6-7 grand is around 2002-2004 for a good make/model. Civics and Corollas are obvious but once you do your research, you'll find that some models from Mitsubishis and and Mazdas aren't bad alternatives either. ;) My 10 year old ride is still pulling 27s (and 28s) on street and 31s on highways. that's still pretty decent compared to modern compacts. Maintaining the car is the number one rule for determining gas mileage.
  20. 10 and a half. (USA) 8.5 is the average in USA for males over 18. In Europe, Austrailia, etc. it's different....

First car looks impressive since it's old and very clean. Hard to see these days. The Jetta looks a bit salvaged since parts are falling off. Idk about you but I don't see a valid point in having 2 cars with the same body style. An SUV/truck with a sedan or a coupe would make sense but the latter...nah.
  23. What do you guys think about it? Is it just a gesture that doesn't really bother you or something you take seriously? I use the finger a lot to get back at people I don't appreciate. I searched Google and it doesn't seem to have a solid answer of where this gesture came from. Any ideas on where this trend originated?
