Cheers I posted about a month back...this is more of an update Kind of thing

This is kinda a personal thing I am pretty proud of . ...I have nearly completed my goal, I just need to start getting Some Abs :P ...Lol Here are two Contrasting Pics to show you what i have Achieved/Not achieved lol The First is a Collage of Pics from when I was FAT> All photos were taken in July/August 07 except the first one (Big one) which was taken a few months earlier [hide=] [/hide] Here is me now > [hide=] [/hide] I have gone from around 16 Stones 3 pounds to 10 Stone 11 pounds lol Rate my achievement lol

That made my day. It was kind of expected Italy were going to do badly in this tournament to be fair I was by my brother when a game lost him $20,000...Lol He wasn't to happy

A Chicago jury has acquitted US singer R Kelly of all 14 charges of child pornography against him. He was found not guilty of making an explicit sex video that prosecutors had said showed him having sex with a girl as young as 13. Mr Kelly, 41, whose real name is Robert Kelly, faced up to 15 years in prison if found guilty. He denied the charges. Haha Shame its winter and field is closed :( Thanks for all the reply guys, I have taken a few photos, At the end I may upload them ...Still a long way to goooo ..around 5 weeks still Im keeping on track even with exams which is good or mabye its not so good because I probably Won't do so well on my Geo exam tomoz lol Anyway Cheers guys I Don't Really have a fitness programme as such, I just do as much as I can basically..Im swimming nearly everyday for 1 hour...Plus going to the gym in school at lunchtimes :

Well Actually I didn't mislead anyone....I said Plane crashes at heathrow airport.....If you actually look it did crash...It lost its undercarriage and its wing nearly came off..and there were sparks It wasn't an emergency landing as such, It lost all its power and had to crash land short of the runway
