  8. Tbh Nova in some ways its your own fault...The rules are no sexual pictures.. I.e The "Kleavage" Picture...This is what you get if post pictures like that. Plus Don't have a go at Lionheart he was only trying to help.

  15. Thanks for all the replys and yeh I am planning to do low weights but fast reps. For Cardio I am going to do Swimming One Day, The Gym the Next. Plus many other smaller exercises(Hopefully Every Day) :) . I'll Update this tonight or tomorrow morning saying what I have eaten and what exercise I did today I also have exams in January so that may get in the way a little on the days coming up to them but should be fine afterwards

Ohh You will See tomorrow Basically What I do tomorrow is what I will be doing nearly Everyday To Put it simply The first part of my plan, for the first few weeks, I will try lose the fat surrounding my muscles After that I will try and gain some weight and muscle (Not much , I want to have firm tense muscles but not big ones) by eating high protein food (Mmmm Tuna lol) but also protein shakes. The Blog is Basic atm but it will get better ;-)
