  2. Trust Me you're not going to get Bodybuilders Arms, for that you need Perfect Genetics, Diet, Rest and of course "Supplements". Here are a few tips Work your Triceps just as much as your Biceps, if not more. Triceps take up roughly 2/3 of your Arm Muscles. Dips, Tricep Kickbacks with the Dumbells are an ok excerise (You won't be able to move much weight with this excercise though so start Light) , Would be much better to do Dips, Close Grip Bench Press (Need a Barbell + Bench for this). For Biceps just do Standing/Seated Dumbell Curls. Also you could do them on an inclined surface to Isolate the Bicep more
  3. Take up Bodybuilding and/or Powerlifting, you won't regret it.

  10. Agreed. doubt it...he shared acc to get 200m mining exp AND 200m agility. either that or he extreme nolifes...i mean, 2m exp gains in one of the slowest skills in a day?! Don't make assumptions if you don't know if you're right. Points to Sig, He dosent account share but he isnt exactly the nicest of players when you get to know his real self. Thats all I am gonna say but fair play to him to be able to grind so much at those skills.

  13. 8L OF SODA!! :o Was it diet lol? I found drinking pepsi max a great help in losing my weight Start again if you failed ... I always had my ups and downs during losing weight ....
  14. Watch that ;) ..... Its so true , If you go on Atkins/ Anabolic diet you can snack on things like nuts and cheese which are nice :). Although remember the weight you lose at the start of an anabolic diet will be water and glycogen . You still need a calorie deficit to be honest. Good luck again
  15. I did the exact same thing, made a blog on tif ... I ll try find it later :) , I went from 226 pounds to 148 pounds :) ... In a matter of months Heres a great site : - www.menshealth.co.uk/chatroom General Fat loss tips would be Keep Carbs to a Minimum (Eat only before lunch and try keep to under 50 grams a day, only complex carbs aswell), If you want you could even try Atkins diet .. Have a 500 Calorie deficient ..... Your maintainence is probably around the 2000 kcal mark so you would try eating 1500 kcal a day Of course you shouldnt eat 1500 kcal of junk though ... Eat foods which are high in protein , Don't worry about the fat content, Fat does NOT make you fat I.e All lean meats Chicken, Steak .... Tuna. Try eat 3 big meals a day with 3 small meals inbetween them I lost alot from swimming at the start... mabye even more though from weight training later on . Walking is also great for fat loss Good luck :)
