It's really not worth it to stew up to the level, as you can only make like 10 potions per boosted level, if you're quick. Secondly, I don't see how doing herb runs is any different than just making money? You make ~ 800k / hour off herb runs, I believe? add this to lets say green dragons, and you have 1.5m-2m / hour. OR I could boss hunt and make a straight up 3m+ an hour. Don't try and tell me "but you already have the herbs since you made them yourself!", it's no different than buying the herbs. Sure I could boss hunt and plant herbs, but really, it's just another money maker. I don't see people telling others to do herb runs when they ask "how can I make money?". The same circumstances apply, you're just making money to blow on the skill, it doesn't matter HOW you get that money. I hate farming with a burning passion. I'm not going to do herb runs, I can't stand banking all my slayer gear, or gwd gear, and getting out all the items I need to make a single herb run. I'd hate to do this once a week, but multiple times in a day? Not for me.

well it's 50xp a pot and i can do about 1700ish/hour maybe (can't remember) thanks to everyone who replied that will be about 80-85k per hour then You can get nearly the same speed cleaning herbs, and profit.

I should have pointed out that I have over 200 slots left in my bank, 1 less slot doesn't bother me in the slightest. :) I wouldn't mind cleaning herbs, but I don't like the idea of cleaning MILLIONS of herbs to get to 96. I'd be willing to do a few hundred k of them, possibly cleaning the herbs and then making potions?

I'm contemplating getting 96 herblore, for overloads, for FFA corp and other various bosses. There is however, a small problem. I don't know anything about herblore. I'm aware that there are multiple methods, like serum 207, cleaning herbs, making extremes to make overloads later, and just straight up making potions, I just don't know the ups and downs. Quite honestly, I'm too lazy to figure out all of the figures for each of these methods, which is why I have come to you, oh faithful tip.it! I'd like to hear YOUR thoughts on what YOU would do. Exp/hour, gp/exp, and reason for choosing each method, included, if you choose to be so kind. Money is not a concern, but I still don't want to spend hundreds of millions. I'm going to make 100 overloads (4) right off the bat, which means you can factor in all the exp I'd get from making 134 (3) extreme attack, defense, strength, range, and mage potions.

I did use an UGC now that I think about it, but that doesn't change the fact that I should have received 3 months worth, instead of two with some credit left over.

It was a natural fall, and when it happened, the idiots who care too darn much about their precious pixel money sell off those items, which cause it to crash further. This is when the smart people realize what's going on, buy the items at the lowered price, and the return to normal and begin to increase again.

This. All things naturally fall at some point, but they can, and most of the time will bounce back up, even higher. Rinse & repeat.

Buy it, there is no reason sgs will fall in price, in fact, there's no reason any of them will. And It can only help, even at your current levels, it's still free hp/prayer.

I payed for a RuneScape 3 Month Membership card, with a $20 bill. I used it later that night, and it said you needed $22.50 for 3 months. Simple math can tell us that it costs $7.50 per month via those cards, using the $22.50 needed. I payed for a 3 month card, I got 2.7 months worth of membership. You can only purchase in month intervals. I find it a bit suspicious that there is a 1 month, 2 month, 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year options though. Perhaps they do this on purpose?

That doesn't answer any questions I asked? But if you must know, I simply just don't care enough to attempt to contact them over a few bucks.

I apologize if this is in the wrong section of the forums. I had bought a 3 month card a while back, for exactly $20 at 7-11, no tax. This only gave me 2 months worth of membership, because apparently you need to have payed $22.50 to get 3 months worth. If I remember correctly, I still have the credit left over from my last card? So if I were to buy another card, and instead of buying 2 months, use the leftover credit from my last card and buy 3 months worth, correct? Lastly, are they still $20, tax free. Or do they include tax now, which would make it cost $21.20? fyi: I live in the United States, in case this changes anything with the pricing.

I'm 99 def, use void, fury, obby shield, d boots, archer (i) and accumulator, and I had to use a titan to keep myself alive. It wasn't rare for me to fall bellow 30hp, either.

Archer's ring, a Ring of wealth doesn't do anything to the whip drop rate. Use void and a titan, with really any shield, super defense and range pots. I recently ranged them, it's pretty fast with broads and void, and the titan takes care of almost all the healing. If you have it, bring an enhanced Excalibur, it will save a lot of scrolls.

Actually, Zilyana is just as easy to hit with near maxed mage bonus and 99 mage as she is to hit with the normal range gear. But yes, don't mage Graardor, at all.

I can't imagine profiting using extremes/turmo/cannon on every single task I can, but if so, then thats good news for me!

I use a stole on those tasks, it lets me use turmoil more effectively. Although I haven't had a mage task since getting the sw cape. So I'll try that, thanks! And to both of you, this is really more to see how much it will cost, I do plan on buying the supplies as I go. :)

How many Extreme attack and strength, uni/yip/tort, prayer pot, and cannonballs would one be expected to need if going from 88-99 slayer using Kuradal, and extremes/turmoil on every task. I'd mainly use soul split to heal, yip/uni if needed. My basic gear would be as follows: Slayer helmet Proselyte top Proselyte/Verac's bottoms Fury Zerk (i) Whip Defender Barrows gloves Soul wars cape I'd switch out for a stole/zammy book on any tasks that required it. Thanks to anyone who can give just a rouh estimate on any of the few items, keep in mind I'll be using KurAdal and blocking Hellhound's and Living rock creatures. Lastly, any suggestions on what else to block, if any? I'll be doing metal tasks with extremes/turmoil/z spear, banking the bones, so I'd like to keep them unblocked.
