Also I wouldn't attack McCain on his negative campaigning, although i must say his is worse, they both do it. there is a way to cut emmisions out completely. there was a car developed in california called the e2 it was entirly electricalally powered and several of the fule stations were converted to supply these cars with electricity instead of gas. it was actually cheaper than gas and had roughly the same mileadge. unfortunatly california got sued and every last e2 was recalled and destroyed but they'd be easy to make again. and this would actually creat jobs because these cars could be sold over seas and more factories could be made. and the fact is most american oil is imported. america only has 6(or 3 i can't remember) percent of the worlds oil reserves but uses 30% of the worlds oil suplies. as to nuclear it is a good alternative energy source but there is no way to effectivly deal with the raido active waste. what i'm more concerened about is that neither party is talking about funding programs that could reduce raido active waste. one example is a bacteria that was recently discovered that actually eats radio active wast and converts it into harmless elements but neither party is mentioning it

one year our school decided to give everyone combination locks for their lockers so they wouldn't have to cut so many locks because some idiot lost his key. they actually kept a record of which combination belonged to which locker on the schools computer :twisted: lets just say everyone got padlocks and not combination ones after that. we also got out of about an hour or two of classes because people had to rush to every locker to see which lock was theirs :thumbsup:

#1 and if you want to train range xp the most 'efficient' way is zombie monkeys basically an attempt to turn your own argument against you that in order for the average player to train range efficeintly they'd need a sufficient cash base which most don't. #4 the average player are low leveled, around the 70s. according to you the most efficient method for getting charms would be what? i'm guessing kent would say water fiends or bursting rock crabs. most players would have water fiends tearing them apart so whats a better way to get charms while they gain levels to kill water fiends? slayer as to faster training melee it is faster yes but the lower leveled players would have to spend alot more on p pots then higher level players meaning htey have to spend more time making money and reduce the amount of xp they do get an hr 7# what i was trying to get at is most of us like those monster because we can afk, we are not stuck staring at a screen all day and they don't become borring and we can do other things. lower level players can't or risk dieing and losing amounts of cash that would be huge to them but small to us. over all what i'm getting at is slayer is better for lower level players because it provides a means of making cash and getting levels while they train to get to the higher monsters that we find efficient

You obviously misread my post then. My numbers are from personal experience, and they are not far off at all. I admit my stats are not 99 99 99, but they are close at 94 94 94. I use superhuman strength prayer on every slayer task except a few, and on those few I use piety. If you're use a salve ammy (e) for them, that is your first problem. Super setting every 5 minutes is too excessive also, and while it would increase experience per hour, it isn't quite worth it at that rate. Simply saying your averages are correct, doesn't make it so either. What is even more hypocritical is you saying that you respect and agree for Zarfot's numbers. His numbers are higher than yours also at 70k+ melee xp/h on average. Again you misread my post: "Picking out one particularly good task as the 'average slayer XP' is a terrible idea, and completely invalidates your argument." I never said that was the average experience. I never expect to get 100k melee xp/h on every Slayer task, it would be foolish to think so, or for you to say I do. As for the last tiny bit, that is so stupid. You will notice that, according to Zarfot, the average player will earn 12.5k slayer XP per hour, equivocating to 50k melee XP. Sure, if you are maxed combat and know what you are doing, you may be able to get slightly higher then that, but not much over a long period of time. I'm not sure what you meant about the salve ammy (e); perhaps you could suggest a better amulet to use at Zombies? I was also using the super setting every 5 minutes etc. to emphasize that I was doing everything possible to maximize my melee experience, which leads me to greatly question your claim of 'over 100k XP per hour at dust devils', when I could not get that much with better equipment, prayers, stats, pots, and direct combat over a period of several hours. and how many of those average players can afford to use chins at zombie monkeys, have high enough pray that they won't spend more time making money for p pots then they actually do training, have high enough levels that they can go to god wars and make millions like you do. the fact is other methods may be more efficient for you but for the average player slayer is the most efficient method because it combines all the skills. they can make money from any number of drops that are better because they can't! go to god wars and make up the cash lost while training another way. and they can't afk at monster that you can. the fact is some of the methods u mentioned take a considerable cash base before they are a reasonabe alternative and what better way to do that then slayer? and yes i read your post 278

judging by what you are claiming there do you really think they will accept it was pretty fun, got a couple of kills, took a lot of damage from people in red capes with full rune/range but i lived to those people complaining they were bsed wearing a green cape and not specifically team 39, you should have expected it tbh wearing a cape of the same team, attack is not the first option, while wearing a different cape you appear white on the map and the first option is to attack, with such mass numbers of people, many people were looking for a one click option to attack, and sometimes it was someone with a green, non team 39 cape and attacked thinking you were from another site i'll admit i did that a couple of times, but as soon as i realised it was a green cape i stopped i'm glad that you did stop but there were dozens of others who kept attacking even when they knew you were tip it i just got to the ruins when i was piled not by one buy by 4 other tip iters and they kept on attacking me even though i wasn't fighting back and kept saying stop i'm on ur bloody side their answer- i am wearing the wrong cape. the forums said ANY green cape was good

the reason y some people didn't have 39 was because we couldn't get any all the people who had them stocked had either left or run out and the forums clearly said any green cape was good. and several of us did have the 39 and full steel when we were piled

Oh please, I didn't see one ranger/mager. And even if a team did use them, the whole point is for fun. I had a great time, and that's all that matters. People take this way to seriously. there were three of them following elder jr's group as we left edge they followed us all the way up to just outside the ruins and they all had the same blue cape

i'm ashamed i've been to the previouse steel wars and they al had there share of bsers but it was never as bad as this! most of the group i was with got piled by our own tip iters as soon as we stepped into the ruins. most of us had the team 39 cape and the rest had 33s from edge because we couldn't get any and the forums CLEARY said that any green cape was good. it was sad i won't be going to any steel war again

the reson why you get that message is that your curse spell hit him. to train with curse u need to make sure that the spell doesn't hit him, you'll still get xp for casting it and will speed it up. to stop curse from hitting this is what you do bring your lowest mage att armour, steel and iron work well, no battle staff or anything that gives a possative mage boost then you can cast curse without worrying about it hitting and even if it does occasionally you can then switch to weaken and confuse instead until you can curse again

you can make an omni staff and then tiara and then get a talismen and have 3 of them in a way. not sue if you can get another one if you already have a talismen though

yes its worth it to bank the runes. more ess each run= more xp faster way is to just keep one type of rune(i prefer fires that i get a ton of from slaying) and use orion tele to get to alter and use the bannk there for 20 runes

it was probly seercull lots of people bring it for its spec and the hunted can attack the hunter. in fact i had a lv 30 for my hunter once and i felt so bad for him getting me that i was just funning with him and chasing him around with my bgs while he tried to snare and kill me :thumbsup: got about 8 kills on him before he finally killed me =D>

Almost all countries, even the ones with a christian religion as the majority, require you to be 18 years old to make a decision about removing yourself from a church/joining it. (Some conservative countries with an islamic majority might even prohibit leaving) Otherwise you need the consent of your guardian or parent. As a minor you can't sign binding legal documents without the supervision of an adult responsible for you, so if you, Lenticular wanted to join/part from a religion and were under 18 years old, you'd need the permission of your parents too pretty much regardless of where in the world you live. It's not just Finland or the USA. my personal opinion is that law and religion should have nothing to do with each other. no matter you age you should be able to decide your own beliefs for instance you have any idea how hard it is for an atheist to adobt a child? there have actually been several court casses about athiests being denied to adobt because they were "refuseing their child the chance to believe in god" while if anyone with strong religious beliefs were to adobt him or her they would have no chance at all to chose there own beliefs
