it will because its gonna increase your chances of getting the best possible items rather than the really bad ones, rune drops and bloods could be the best drops of certain monsters so yes, it will increase chances :shock: :thumbsup: :mrgreen: \

You could always start at lvl 90+ but its a giant waste of money if u start an sooner than 94+ :-w so if i were you just to be safe, wait till 94 :XD: good luck :thumbsup:
