I'll say, even out your magic, ranging, defence, and strength...all level 70 or something.

Besides sorting the list and heading down from easiest to hardest, has anyone come up with a good way of going through the quests in order to maximize stuff like EXP and items gained? I certainly haven't been any help, but studying it just isn't something I have time to do...so I was hoping someone else was looking for a great idea for a guide (along with my previous request for a guide for preparing to become a member by playing F2P and stockpiling/levelling up before having to grind it out while paying dues).

What does Rovin say to you when you don't get the key? EDIT: and have you tried getting the other two keys yet?

WOW. 9/10 since there is always work to be done. Just a question (and you might tell why from my meager stats)...how long did this take you and are you or were you ever P2P (probably not since it looks like none of your member skills are leveled above the initial 1).

I really thought (hoped) this post would get a better response. I'm looking for tips that people have thought "MAN, I wish I would have thought to do this before becoming a member" not just for me, but for everyone out there about to switch from F2P to P2P.

There are bushes there...plus, you might get lucky and find a world where the grocer in Port Sarim (Wydin?) has a player stock of them available...or just use the grand exchange...surely someone will put them up.

I just think people were responding to your repeated attempts at correcting them by correcting you right back. Since you're in high school, I can only imagine that you're trying a little too hard at impressing someone...who, I have no idea. It's a help & advice forum section, so just remember...people were responding to your own requests for help & advice. That doesn't mean we're insulting you.

Okay, so if I'm making a list it would be something like: 10k oak logs (or more?) 100 Eye of newt (for attack potion making in herblore?) And what else? More help please?

Thanks for the kind words...much obliged. It's players like you I'd join to play along with and I appreciate your input. The F2P thing is just getting boring. I'm basically just skilling (for instance, tonight it's runecrafting trips between the Duel Arena bank and the fire altar). I've posted on the help and advice page about something similar, so if you'd care to take a look, please do.

Are there some things I can do now in order to get ready for becoming a member? I was thinking about construction and if there were any raw materials I could start stockpiling before joining up to save me some time while working on the POH...like iron or steel nails for the stuff and what kind of wood is best and should I gather tiles (if that's even necessary) in the wilderness and gold or other metal for higher level furniture or rooms. What about other stuff, like herblore and fletching and farming and hunter and agility? Is there anything a member wishes they had built a stockpile out of in order to get the most out of their membership time (I don't think I'll have more than two months of dues available...I've heard that going back to a F2P just means you need to make sure you have at least one thing in your bank to hold it's place otherwise you will lose that space).

I've been an F2P of RuneScape since early fall and a mid to late fall member of this forum. I know some people are dropping their membership because of the updates, but are some people (like me) finally considering membership? I'm close to my personal goal of getting all F2P skills to level 50 or greater before joining and still find the game fun. If it weren't for places like this and Sal's Realm, I wouldn't have stuck with the game that long. Just curious...any players like me? (I'm just waiting for PayPal to get my deposit, then I'll kill the dragon in the Dragon Slayer quest and join!)

The music lists need a major overhaul. There are a number of new additions, PLUS, things like Duel Arena need to be added to the F2P list.

I don't know, but I divided his hours by 24 to get 81.816 days if he goes every hour of the day...was that what he was trying to do? if he only divides it by 3 then he has that many days.

Do you think we'll be able to use and even drop the snowballs, in say June, or will they "melt" meaning the ability to use the snowglobe won't be infinite?

Gold buyer and gold seller both login to an empty area of the wilderness, the rest is obvious. The best solution (imo) is pvp being added back to the wilderness, but you get none of the other player's loot when they die. The problem there would be that the illegal buyers and sellers could then just keep logging in until they complete a "trade" without someone affecting it (drop trade?)

To clarify, up to and including lobster? Anything below lobster? Just fish or any food at that level?

I went there not thirty seconds ago and Wydin had a player stock available. It's not infinite (in his main stock), but I guess you just have to world hop and find some.

I'm usually pretty observant, but have they given any clues about what it will be based on? Throwing snowballs or something?

I would just say Edgeville Dungeon, because even though it is crowded, archers seem to have no problem "stealing" Hill Giants and they drop steel arrows every once in a while, but the main draw would be the better gp and occasional high level rune drops. If you plan on doing this, please do all of us a favor and pick ONE area and pick ONE Hill Giant to kill and only concentrate on his respawn. It's annoying if you don't, plus, we'll try and take all your arrows until you leave if you don't. By "we" I mean anyone who isn't trying to level up there, too.

Is there a guide (official or unofficial) for levels needed NOT to burn food while cooking it? Is it a flat, "ten levels above the required level to cook" or something different for each item. I know the Lumbridge Castle range is the best to use, that's not what I'm asking... Someone brought up this topic in another post, but I thought if there was one place to go, that would be great.
