I took a picture of my bank with some of the stuff from quests that I've kept. EDIT: Thanks for the help!

Some corrections... First, you cannot drop and pick up another sigil from Garkor as suggested in the guide. You would have to do that in the cavern, but doing so would be pointless on the first try, since you'd have to do it anyway if you lost the fight. If you had trouble and lost the first fight, you might want to drop and pick up more when you eventually had to go back to Waymottin. Second, the final fight suggestion to run to the eastern bridge is a bad one. It should be the western bridge. Running to the east (as I did) takes the Jungle Demon away from the 10th Squadron. Running to the west, crossing the bridge, then heading a little south will allow the squad to do more damage, since they wander about more in that area. When the red bar gets low, simply switch on run, activate prayer, then right-click attack on the demon and your character will run north to a spot which will allow you to range or mage from melee safety (but not magic safety).

In the bird case, the hidden update is then proved false. I haven't fought a dragon yet, but as I mentioned, you wouldn't have to...just use an anti-fire potion. It's the potion visual clue that is supposedly changed, not the dragon's fire on your player. It is supposed to give a visual clue that the effect has run out, at least according to the "hidden updates" forum topic.

Found something in the "Hidden Updates" forum topic under the section for March 2008... "There is a character called "Dark Squall" who can be seen randomly appearing in the chaos tunnels." Shows how long they've been working on the Grandmaster Quest, While Guthix Sleeps! How about that!

I've found a few updates that might not have made it to the main site. In the "Hidden Updates" forum topic, under August 2008, there's a comment about antifire potions now giving visual evidence that the potion has worn out. In the Monster Hunting : Iron/Steel Dragons section, there is a part that talks about looking carefully for a word at the end of a chat box line, but I don't think that's the same visual clue as what the update is mentioning. In the Summoning guide, under "Other Pets" the pet used in While Guthix Sleep is listed as N/A and the quest is incorrectly labeled As Guthix Sleeps. On that same page under the eggs section, it lists that you cannot have more than one Godbird at a time, but a hidden updates March 2008 note mentions that you can. Just a few things I noticed...

This is quite simply the most important and valuable spreadsheet for the game. If this is kept up to date with new weapons, why wouldn't it be included on the main site? It's staggeringly useful...

I could help, but I'd want to make sure that the list is as up to date as possible. I don't want to waste my time looking for ones that have already been provided! Also, what do you do with the provided .png image? How long must we leave it on a hosted site? Forever? Do you take it and host on your own server? If so, how will we know when it's okay to delete?

I think you're right, but just to help you out... You have to cite something like that (and wikipedia is not a reliable source). Provide them with a link to that information and I'm sure they'll consider changing the information on the page on this site.

I couldn't figure out how to take a picture of something I couldn't do, but surely someone else tried it in the past and had the same trouble. When you have to give Elbis items to make the scrying glasses, he will accept noted items for everything EXCEPT charcoal. If you have a noted charcoal, you can sell it and quickly buy it back at the bandit shopkeeper in the tent near Elbis, but attempting to give him a noted charcoal doesn't even give an error message. It just won't allow you to do it.

I'm not really a crewbie, but I have a suggestion...if you don't see a guide you think would be a good addition, why not make one for the site? You could copy the format from the existing guides, take some screen shots and upload them to a free site, spend a little time writing a little more detail, and help everyone out by giving them something to work with in order to post. If it's a correction you're trying to get implemented, this would be the place to do it, but there are tons of alternate player made guides out there. If you took some initiative for the site, they might reward you by placing those "missing" guides on the main monster hunting pages. It seems like you have some of the work done already, so with a little bit of formatting and re-working, you might get one on the site. Just a suggestion, of course.

apparently, the dead tree "guarding" the legend's guild fairy ring has been reborn as a yew...I have no idea how long that will last or why the update...or the proper place to place this update!

If you're ignoring bonuses, that's one thing...for profit, coal is much more valuable I think...it's almost three times as pricey on the exchange than maple logs and more than twice the cost of flax for just less than twice the price. I say 10 coal (if you don't care about the bonuses) the rest in fish, cook the tuna and sell them. You get cooking experience, the tuna is selling well at the moment...and even if you have to wait a couple of days for the coal to sell, it WILL sell and give you the money. if you need cash fast, go ahead and do flax and maples, but I'd switch it up...I'd also take advantage of the bonuses and take the minor cash hit in order to come out better in areas other than straight cash.

Simon Templeton's side quest to accept noted items can be accessed DURING the Dealing With Scabaras quest and not just after completion. I can provide pictures to proove, if necessary, but I have the impression that since the quest guide doesn't specifically mention only afterward (while the Pyramid Plunder mini-game does say "after completeing") someone else has done the same thing already. I think both the mini-game guide and the quest guide should be slightly altered to mention that the side-quest is available during the quest and immediately after completion of the part of DwS that deals with handing Simon the distressed items, the gold trinkets from PP, and the golden top from the Agility Pyramid. If the powers-that-be deem it worthy, I'll gladly accept a notation on the Pyramid Plunder mini-game guide and the DwS quest pages! Thanks P.S. Not sure if this really belongs here, but it could be a nice addition to the Manage Thy Kingdom section. The best combination to get the most out of bonuses seems to be 9 clicks on one item and 6 on another, not a full ten. Maybe some crews can try it out for themselves, but I've found that 10 and 5 wastes a bonus that you'd get for having the extra click on the lower... If pictures are necessary, let me know and I'll record the results for a 10 and 5 and a 9 and 6 on consecutive days. To make it clear, I'm referring to 100% approval and only one day of resources collected at a time. I don't think it's worth me creating an entire guide, but it's a little trial and error that seems to work for me and might go along with the calculations currently in the guide.

I disagree with the math... The best way is actually 9 clicks on one and 6 clicks on another... Otherwise you "waste" a bonus, such as gems or caskets.

I think you'd net a profit (at least if you buy the marble block there), but I'm not quite sure that I'd get one, since I'm sure there have to be more than just me waiting to purchase one. I will head to the dwarf, check that price, then see if the GE price is different for the block. I'll report back and continue to check to see if an item is waiting for me in the GE...thanks for the offer of help. EDIT: Just checked and the item is in my exchange box! Thank goodness...I'll still check on the prices later...

Again...got flatpacks for everything except the Marble Magic Wardrobe. The money has been in the GE waiting for a seller. It's a 99 skill requirement. That means the person building it doesn't need to build any more to raise levels. It's not cost efficient by any means, so I'm hoping someone will want to take the time to make one.

This is the kind of thing that's nearly impossible to prove. What should probably be asked instead is if anyone has encountered one of those events while mining or woodcutting, because you can't "manufacture" the random events (because they're, well, random!). If someone encounters an Ent or a smoking rock with a Rune Axe, then switches axes and takes a picture with the IA equipped, how could you know? What would be required is video evidence or a statement from Jagex to know for sure. I'd say post that it's reported that the IA prevents those REs...that would be the best way to find out anyway...you'll probably get someone to set out and try and prove you wrong with a correction!

I know you'd lose the money, but all that's required to build the magic wardrobe is a marble block...I could provide that. I have 240 QP, but that might not be enough to get around it. If you're serious about helping let me know and we can try and work it out.

Well, I want the highest level stuff so I don't have to worry about getting it later. I'd be fine flatpack-assisting if that was possible, but I figured I'd ask because the GE route is out...no one builds those flatpacks and sells them, even at the highest GE prices. That's why I wanted to try this route. I do want the highest level racks and wardrobes and chests because I have a lot of stuff, you'd be surprised how many sets of stuff. It would be nice to sell off the multiples and keep just one to free up space for renewable and constantly reusable resources in the bank. It makes for interesting decisions when I get a new drop and there are so many quest related things that I wish I'd kept, but didn't. Any 99ers reading this willing to help in some way? Probably not...they're basking in the glow of their cape...and it's probably trimmed! :)

Where should I ask for a level 99 construction caper to help build the highest level items for my house? I want to "unburden" my bank with some of the lesser used costumes and capes and would like to get those unlimited storage items, but I'm light years away from the cash or skill level necessary. I'm of course willing to reimburse for materials. Would this be the place?
