I think you have a flawed understanding of what agender means. Also, on the experience of the one nonbinary individual I know, agender/nb individuals do use the bathrooms of their "sex", such as that were. I.e. they use the bathrooms they're least likely to receive flack for using. Am I using the singular they, or the plural one? Who knows! I'm not even sure at this point.
