In my opinion, train on the Lesser Demon in the Wizard's Tower south of Draynor. I did this from Level 3 (Yes, I got to level 3 on Tutorial Island) casting Air Strike, Then When I could cast Fire Strike I did until 13 then Fire Striked until 35 then Bolted until 55 and alching/enchanting my way up. ~Knotch

Id get behind a safespoit and mage/range it or use a hally. Then pray protect from mage. Although it hits alot higher now. ~Knotch

You could make ruby bracelets, enchant, and alch. You get a 60gp profit if you buy all the supplies. Theres a guide in PMG section. ~Knotch
