Redo your pic and save it as PNG. okay I should've said retake and then save as PNG. :? ok i am a noob please explain this to me :( Retake the picture. Paste into paint. When you save it, type ".png" at the end. When you save something as a .jpg in paint, it reduces the quality, so resaving won't do any good. Png's are much higher quality, and have better color depth.

You need an image editing program like Photoshop or GIMP (which is free).

Crew can confirm, but I was told that they want them transparent with a 1px black non-AA border :). That's correct. They also need to be saved as a GIF image. Can do :) Just curious, why gif? The first post does say png.

The main thing is that the display ratio must be exactly 16:9. If it's over the minimum resolution, but the ratio isn't 16:9, Youtube will compress it into oblivion.
