Stay away from all things dragon except boots, gloves, and weapons. Use a ring of wealth if you're slaying, it makes a big difference. Obby cape isn't really worth it, and I like a legends cape better.

Yes. Even 80C is pushing it, and around/under 60C is usually the best to extend the life of your card.

Anyone going needs a team, but I'd say you stats are in the medium/low end being able to fight it. As for gear, defensive bonuses don't matter, as it hits through them. Be careful about what you bring, because there's a good chance you'll lose it.

Gop is usually a no-no unless you can guarantee all wins 75% of the time. The money saved using Gop can easily be made with more runecrafting in the same period of time. Just do laws then deaths through the abyss.
