There is no way to profit from herblore unless you grow/collect your own herbs and/or seconds. When you get to a higher level, you can consider collecting nightshade to make super poison++, the profit is pretty good and the exp/hr is decent. <-- 99 herb

You are a nerd and noob, etc because you think you are better than the level 110. Since staking is gone, I'm sure the duel was not very serious at all. Using a protect from melee spell which your opponent is almost guaranteed to have himself is lame. That level 110 would have owned you easily if he had used his protect spell, but he realized that you were a noob and just tried to win without it for kicks, I am guessing. His stats own yours and he has probably higher prayer.. you tell me who wins with identical "strategy". To the people saying protect spells are like armor: That is completely false. There are so many variations of armor that a dueler has to choose what kind would be best for him for his situation. People want to go and test new armors and weapons in the duel arena.. and you waste their time by using protect from melee. Winning with it does not prove anything. By the way someone said prayer was harder than 99 strength? Well it is obvious we aren't talking about 99 prayer, so what level? 70? 70 prayer is EASILY obtained <15 hours including money making 99 strength takes over 130 hours Even if you were to talk about 99 of both, it would come out about the same time INCLUDING moneymaking (and semi-decent stats)

If you can get a good spot on a full/crowded world, you can easily get 50k+ xp/hr with a good amount of concentration

Is experience per tool a set number? If not.. does it depend on mining level? Let's say I have level 90, how much experience would it last then/what is formula? Are clay pickaxes the same speed as rune pickaxes (please definite answer)? If not.. what speed? Equivalent to what type? Thank you

They give you double experience, but for a very limited time and you can get like 5 per 80minutes of playing stealing creation max. I have found that if your income if even somewhat decent per hour, they are NOT worth it.. but some people will get them if they find SC to be A LOT more fun than the actual skill (I find it fun, but not THAT fun to be worth the extra time)

Sure: The entire FIREMAKING/WOODCUTTING cutting is incorrect. The amount of logs depends on woodcutting level and luck, and so does the average time per inventory. I average closer to 2 minutes to get an inventory of willows. Using the reverse-firmaking method, you can burn over 1.5k logs in 1 hour. He claims that you can only get 1.1k, which isn't even maximum or average the regular burning methods. (reverse has been around forever, btw) FLETCHING You can cut and bank 14 bows in under 20 seconds AGILITY I have completed the wilderness agility course in under 52 seconds many, many times FISHING/COOKING All of those times for fishing are once again based on level and therefore wrong unless you were the same level as him. I can fish an inventory of lobsters around 5 minutes, average. RUNECRAFTING Charging glories is definitely faster than 1:52. Not to mention, he doesn't charge 11 like he should CRAFTING You can tan about 2000 hides in an hour, not 1620 MINING/SMITHING Powermining granite and smithing he suggests is only around 50k xp/hr, while it is over 70k/hr with full effort HERBLORE Same as fletching MISC TIMES He has the gem rock respawn time set as 1:52, but this depends 100% on world population Those are just the ones that I know actual times for, I'm sure there are a ton more incorrect. It is very possible to make 500+ cannonballs in 1 hour. And dude, :lol: Just because 409 is not as exact as 500 doesn't mean that it is a more reliable number. Master Smither was rounding down, he actually averaged 501.36222 (repeating) cannonballs per hour. Does that make it 100% more believable? :lol:

sorry but thats a horrible idea stouts raise only 1 mature ones raise 2 but they cost a lot 2nd you would stop mining the rune once the bonus is gone I agree that mining rune ore at level 83 is a bad idea, but it isn't really that bad of an idea at level 84. I mined almost all of the way from 84-85 on rune ore alone. It got very tedious, but it really wasn't that bad, especially if you needed money quickly. Just bring like 5 food, sara brew, pickaxe, and then rest of the inventory stouts. Sometimes a stout will run out before you finish mining one ore, but it will usually last at least 2, sometimes 4-6+ The only problem is the last ores you are mining because if you run out of brew bonus, you are stuck with nothing :) And it sucks dropping them all the time (glasses) TIP: To get quick stouts, buy a games necklace and a ring of dueling. Teleport to Burthope Games Room, buy stouts from the bar right by teleport spot, then teleport to CW with duelling ring. Then repeat. They add up very fast (a lot faster then buying 1 at a time in falador!)

If so, define significantly, because there is only a very small amount more you got per hour before it was PHYSICALLY impossible (note also, I said I was doing work when those times were recorded) to get any more per 1 hour. I do grab the time from the system. When you grab the time from the system, it does not take seconds. Ignore the times that end in :00, those are just extra data from excel that is only used behind-the-scenes Here's what I do: I go to excel I type in how many ores I mined in that world, I enter the world number, then I enter time by pressing: Control + Shift + ; ....... then I enter the population of that world. Then I do nothing else and I have it set so that excel does the formula to find time to next spawn and it automatically adds it to the current time and tells me what time to go back and mine the rune ore. I get there within 20 seconds of the spawn every time Sounds like my way is a lot easier considering I do no math at all :) I guess that's why you think I'm exaggerating, but I am not - I am just more skilled at mining rune then you GF

That's not the fastest way to do it, and you can never find enough empty rocks to mine that many ores per hour, at least, not when you first get there. Also, I don't know how many times you've done this, but dying twice with full inventories isn't an efficient use of your time ;) And people who aren't level 3 will almost certainly run into a much wider array of revenants capable of killing a defenseless rune miner. Dude. I never said that it was the fastest way. I just said that I can bank almost as efficiently as a non-level 3, so don't write off my gp/hr figures SIMPLY BECAUSE I am level 3. I ALWAYS find enough runite ores to mine that many rune ores per hour. I haven't lied once in this thread or even exaggerated in the slightest. Even when I first get to the mine, I still get a fast first inventory because I know what to look for. I know what worlds are typically available and I know what times to go back to an empty world to create a high likelihood for ores being available that second time. I know what clues to pick up, like rev activity, dropped items, running away dots, etc when entering an empty world to ensure that I get the spawn the next time. I have mined almost 10,000 rune ores to this day, so I would say that dying with 2 inventories (48) runite ores is not bad at all. Wider array of revs? There are only like 3 revs that can even attack me at all. All 3 of those cannot hit over 13 damage, which is what my HP is at when I use a sara brew. I play it smart. BEING A LEVEL 3 is an ADVANTAGE when coming to rune mining. GF, though. Oh, and I keep a record of every single rune ore that I mine, since I do my world timing in Excel... so if you don't believe me, I can pull out 5k worlds' worth of data for you (# mined per world, what world, what time, population, next spawn)

You guys are wrong. One time I was making ruby bracelets for crafting exp, and I would make a (really) small profit if I high alched the bracelets. They didn't sell in GE. So, I bought nats and used assist on like a few people to alch over 5k bracelets (level 1 magic) .000001%? Nope :) I'd help you, OP, but I've alched all my bracelets long ago :)
