Is anyone mass stocking rune scimitars?

I can see why Jagex is doing this. But, people have grown used to the wilderness. What about banking in clan wars? Risk rune trimmed items in F2P running to Wilderness Volcano? Some tweaks have to be made, but I don't think this is a good idea. Jagex is about 3 years late on this. Just howninfeel towards this, no flames.

Mercenary is a nightmare in a solo/duo already. =\ But I agree, with a proper team, this shouldn't be too hard. Don't forget, Sonic. Those were level 90-100s with with gorgonite, while we were just F2P having fractite as the best.

Second 99 CAN be a P2P skill. You just need to hop worlds. Though taking into account of the world switching times.. leaves you about 15 seconds to get the second 99.

Warped floors are F2P. As mentioned in the skill guide. Probably an overlook/glitch.

Kbase isn't updated with the rewards yet. Guess we'll have to see ourselves.

Well, I'm going for 99 magic. I'm at 93 now. I profit every alch, considering I buy my Nature Runes at 200. So I profit regardless. Sure, I lose out on opportunity cost, but hey, profit is profit, right?

I bought 40K nature runes at 180, sold at 194. Made about more than half a million in 2 days. Does that count?

I personally have the LB sight and the G2H. The G2H is decent, rapier is just a rune scimitar with higher stab and strength, isn't really worth the tokens imo. Especially in PvP situations, where majority refuse to fight a gravite wielder. If I were you, I'd go for the blastbox, G2H and LB sight.

10 hours of G2H is 10M. 10 hours of Corrupt Battleaxe is 84M. And G2H has higher crush attack and strength bonuses than the Cbaxe.

Free trade, scamming, luring. (Those were fun, when RS was actually dangerous)

Power Amulet. - minus defence bonus. - minus strength bonus. - divide attack bonus by half. = Amulet of accuracy.

Does it matter? It's still the same. I kill other players with armour, no armour. And it's quite effective. How does bounty hunter make any difference?

If you think buying them as investing method, you Should not use all your money to buy one/plenty. Why not? Simply because you're pretty much handless, if you just stick all your net worth into single item, waiting for years it to raise. You could make so much more using the money actively to buy/sell items in short term merchanting. If you have time, money, brains and motivation to actively play with cash, they actually Are Not worth it. So it all comes down to how you play the game? :rolleyes:

I own one and I can say it owns. Hits about 80% of the time through rune. I personally beat 3 level 90s in single-way clanwars with it.

You'll still miss, and in a long run, the accuracy difference WILL matter. It's why you see people using dragon axes for 99 woodcutting. It's just a meagre 5% improvement. Then you're better off using arrows instead of the sling. And saving money isn't always a good thing if you're exchanging efficiency for it. And you have like what, 78 bank space? You really don't need more than that in F2P.

Iron arrows are just 10gp more expensive. And you don't pick up iron arrows, it's the whole point using them. If you pick up arrows, you're better off using addy. They break less and hit more.

5K for 1,000 bronze arrows?

Goblins now have 67(?) lifepoints, instead of the previous 100. Not sure about others though. @Sonic: In a long run, shortbow ranging is and will always be the best training method in F2P. Ammo isn't really a problem, iron arrows are like what, 12gp each? Bronze, 5? You're saving about 5K gp per hour and losing out on say, 5K xp per hour too. If you can't earn 1K an hour, you fail playing.

In my opinion, yes, rares are worth it. Why? Because they're discontinued. Their prices will never fall. Yes, in the case of deflation, but that's just in price, the net value of the partyhats will just keep growing and growing as time passes, to the point where it exceeds the 2147M trade limit.

Herblore HAS to be a combat skill because of the combat potions.
