I like it. That's a good suggestion for a random event. I get tired of getting the pirate while farming, so that would add some variety.

I do that sometimes in the wild. I'll put on full iron on my noob, turn off auto attack, and walk around picking stuff up. If people attack me, I just keep walking, ignoring them, and sometimes will walk further into the wild, to see how long they will follow me. :wink:

I've done that before, only the weapon was a dragon battleaxe. (At the time, that was my best weapon.) Try posting your skill levels, and maybe someone can give you more info on how to make money with your skills.

How about adding a new tree to chop at level 85, and a new fish to fish at level 86? That way, people would be happy about something added to the game, instead of mad that something changed in the game.

Wrong interpretation means the same as misinterpretation. That happens to me at times. If someone thinks I'm being rude, and I wasn't trying to be rude, I just say "Sorry, I typed it wrong. I'm tired, lol." People will understand that, and realize that you were not trying to be rude.

I'm in my 40's myself, and my best friend also plays. I've meet players in their 30's before. One advantage of being an older player is that is if someone tries to call me noob or something to bother me, I just laugh it off. :)

When I'm bored, I'll log on with my noob character on a free world and walk around. If I find someone organizing a train, I will join it, and talk about stuff while following the others.

Yes, the price dropped down to fairly normal. Pineapples, for example, are now 5 gp. Great for super compost!

I got a dragon skirt as a drop. So, I wear it when I feel like it. Free dragon armor is better than bought dragon armor, after all. :wink:

When the dragon wood cutting axe first came out, I tried trading a Santa Hat for one (along with gp, since Santas were less than the axes at the time). The other guy rejected my trade. I'm glad he didn't accept, since Santas have risen, and dragon wood cutting axes have dropped. I bet the player, if he remembers the trade, wishes he would have accepted. :)

I started in the Fall of 2001. Since I was new to the game, I missed the Halloween drop (pumpkins) and the Christmas drop (crackers, ie. phats). By the time the Easter drop came around, I knew all about the holiday drops, and got an Easter egg, and have gotten each holiday item since. I was able to buy a phat (a red and a green) later, and acquire two mask sets. When the Santa hats were dropped, I managed to buy 10 of them for 10k each a week after they were dropped. :) I've seen a lot of changes in this game. I remember doing a beta test on a server to test some behind the scenes changes, and the beta testing of RS2 for members. It has been a long time...

I find it annoying, and never steal anyone's arrows. Unless it is in the wild, where anything goes.
