  1. I liked the Forgotten Cemetery. Nice little article. :) You are a good writer.
  2. Sometimes people overpay for an item if they really want it, and don't want to trouble themselves with getting it. Other players with lots of money might make a "bad" trade, just to help him out. Have fun with egg trader!

Within a week of Members being released, so since March 2002. I've been a member for all of that time. If I get bored, I just play less.
  4. Nice picture! Rather than trying to get 99 in all of the skills, I can just look at your screenshot and pretend it's me. 8-)
  5. Yes, you are ready for members. And no, you're not a noob anymore. Being a noob is more about how you act in the game, then what your level is. Since you have done all of the f2p quests, you might try the members quest. Or start work on building a house. There is a lot to do in members.
  6. I remember that rumor from long ago. When Zanaris came out, people assumed that Jagex had listened to the rumor about the Underground Farm and made Zanaris based on it. I remember that. People standing around in the store, trying to talk to the salesman. And people claiming that the red phat was about to respawn, and counting down. For a while, the price of red phats dropped a little, since people thought that more were being introduced into the game.
  7. I got a dragon skirt drop a while ago, and I wear my "dragon kilt" when training. There's nothing wrong with guys wearing the skirts; warriers throughout history have worn them at times.
  8. I started when the tip.it forums were on scapeboard back in January 2002. Lots of changes since then.
  9. It's nice that you found a good friend in the game to do things with. That can make the game more fun.

You probably don't need to worry. I work in front of a computer for eight hours each work day (I'm a computer programmer), and then go home and play Runescape for a couple of hours. So, I am using a computer for at least ten hours a day. And, I have been a programmer for years. So, this is probably something that has taken time to happen to me. By the way, after not playing Runescape last night after work, my wrists do seem to be better today. :)

Both my wrists still hurt, even after wearing the wrist brace on my right wrist and taking an anti-inflammatory drug for almost a week. So, while I still have to go to work, I am going to stop playing Runescape until this gets better.
  12. The site this came from appears to be http://www.runescaperealm.com You can find the arcticle (with screenshots) here: http://www.runescaperealm.com/modules.p ... cle&id=191
  13. I like the Halloween version of the RS log in screen music.

I do use a wrist pad for the keyboard, and the mouse. Since both wrists hurt, I'll probably just stop using the Internet much, including Runescape, until my wrists get better.

Both of my wrists are very sore. I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m not very surprised this happens, since I have been working with computers for years. (I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m a computer programmer by day, and play Runescape by night.) So, I went to the doctor, and he gives me a wrist brace to wear on my right wrist, and an anti-inflammatory drug to take for two weeks. If it doesn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t get better, he will run some tests. In the meanwhile, I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m not doing to play Runescape that much. :( I like the game, but most everything in the game requires using the mouse, and I don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t want to do a lot of clicking. I tried fighting zombies in the wild, since they would attack me, but I kept getting pked. :wall: I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m trying to think of other activities that don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t require a lot of clicking. Maybe fishing? What a drag it is getting old̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ
  16. Good job, marlit, for not falling for this wannabe "hacker" scam.
  17. Catherby. I can fish, and cook the fish there. While fishing, I can do some farming. And there is also a general store. If I find a lot of logs in the store, I do some fletching.
  18. That sounds like fun. I like Pest Control; I've have to give that a try. :)
  19. It's a scam. Most of the hints in those guides are things people already know. (Like mining coal and selling it to make money.)

Welcome to tip.it! :) I hope that you have fun here. So, is your name in Runescape also Ironori?
  21. It sounds like it was a great party.
  22. I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m a computer programmer, and I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve made my share of errors in programs before. So, I am not surprised that a change as big as the houses and construction skill would have a bug or two. I think Jagex did a great job getting the bug fixed so soon, and without having any downtime in the game. I work for a company where the system is being used 24 by 7, like Runescape is. So, I understand so hard their job must be.
  23. I would also like the ability to to change from plate legs to plate skirt, like we used to have that smith guy do for us in the old version of the game. (Yep, I got a dragon skirt drop, and would like to be able to change it for free. :) )
  24. We should be able to make our own planks. Or, at the very least, put the plank guy closer to the bank. I hate all this running around!
  25. Wow! Hopefully, it will quiet down by the time I get off work in four hours.
