Why would you be embarrassed about using the MP40 on hardcore? The MP40 isn't really over powered at all on hardcore compared to other weapons. Also, the Stg-44 on hardcore is like the MP40 on regular. It's one of the most popular and overused weapons, which is annoying but totally manageable. 1) I will never use the MP40 unless I run out of ammo and pick one up. 2) I don't use STG-44 anymore by choice and because I don't have it yet. 3) Only noobs that have very little skill use MP40s. P.S. I've been using the SVT in Hardcore and it's outstanding! Especially silenced! And other people are taking notice, more players are using it I've seen.

How do you not use the Type 99's ironsight... You just run up to people and hip fire? MG42's ironsights make for easier headshots. M1 Garand silenced > SVT Silenced > Gewer42 silenced, but that's judging by how easy/many kills I get with them.

Alright, I'll work on getting M1 in top 5, but then that will bump out Bouncing Betties... I love prestiging, getting all those challenges without trying... The only beef I have with Type 99 is its iron sight. The "iron" is too thick and blocks out a good amount of environment and people. To Mage_Man, SVT is a very good rifle for Hardcore, I think I'll try getting that into top 5 eventually.

I only play on Hardcore (except when I play Team Objective on map pack 2 mode) and rifle grenades/sniper scope is how M1 got 6th. Since I prestiged I only have a silencer on it right now. Gotta work on it more. Knocking MP40 out of my top 5 will take a very long time.
