Wild pies could actually keep a lvl 84 slayer going for ages if you make enough. I think it's actually a fine idea. 5 minutes of slayer for each half, 10 minutes a pie. 600 pies would last 100 hours.

Get pots from Port Phantasmys. Fill pots in Sinclair mansion (!!!!!!!! THIS IS AWESOME!) Buckets of water fill near falador. make pastry dough. Put in a Pie Pan (need lots!) Fish lots of Tuna and Salmon :D Pick Potatoes... Put in Da Pie!!!! Da End. Translation: You can fill pots with flour easily in Sinclair Mansion.
