If you where to use Dharoks I'd use whip untill you got under 20 hp or so. Just have a good shield and whip and if you get low maybe bring axe to hopefully hit big. But as mentioned I'd roll with Veracs over any of the sets in PvP.

I have the same problem, I seldom skip any slayer assignment cause im more than capable skill and equipment wise to lay waste to the monsters i've ever been assigned. But i get bronze dragons like nearly every 3 assignments, and worst part is i get only 10-20 to be killed. waste of time IMO.

Are the price changes somehow affected by what the players buy and sell for through the GE? Like if everyones buying and selling say said Santa Hat for minimum price, does this make the santa hats minimum price continue to drop?

75 Defense, time to sell my declining rares and buy a dragon fire shield And lvl 59 slayer. Almost at the respectable lvl 60.

Considering WoW's 9.3 million subscribers shows no signs of stopping to increase I hardly feel WoW is even intimidated by the Java based web browser game. No offense runescape I'll play you till death over WoW. Just my logical thinking on the matter.

Yep that be a great call, make phats 500gp then all the current owners would never sell them obviously, and instead of it being insanely hard or time consuming to make enough money to buy them, they'd be practically extinct.

I'm gearing up to do the fight caves hopefully tomorrow night. I'll likely gain an additional defense level and HP level probably pushing combat from 95 to llvl 96. This look like a good load? Am i missing something?

I like that idea, because with the duels completed/players killed stat I'd probably be able to trade upwards towards a million + or - the GE price.

This is a very good point that many people do not realize. Thanks to the GE, selling things has been made alot easier, least generally. With the GE its probably more profitable to just do smaller more continually and constitutionally rewarding creatures. Sure you wont strike it rich in one lucky drop, but you may over time become even richer by getting decent drops in succession.

Agreed I've gone from lvl 70 mage to lvl 85 mage with pretty much just combat magic on metals. Only yeilded a pair of legs and skirt. 67-82 on metals for me good loot was: 2 legs, 2 skirts, and the grand mighty visage Congrats to you! lol Wish i was that lucky I got screwed i take it...

Honestly who cares? I mean let some 30 year old man sit in a chair for 3-4 monthes nearly constantly to sell account that will probably be banned nearly immediately for $500 or whatever to some annoying 12 year old. Point being noobs will be noobs... It doesnt take much to get to lvl 126 other than time. Any 12 year old could obtain it. Runescape is a game of achievements not really skill for the most part. IMO least.

A little mace fun during my slayer assignment. decent 30. Pushing towards 75 defense. And nice Basilsk head i got one on my second assignment kind of pointless cause im not a construction junkie but still pretty sweet.

Not a big number, but now just 114k exp till Dragonfire shield. Rounds out my achievements for the day rather nicely. Desert Treasure, Slayer assignment/level, Ghostly Robe Mini-quest complete, Shadow Sword Min-quest complete, Tears of Guthix quest complete, and now lvl 74 def.

Not that it was anything hard at my level, but quite an accomplishment least for me. Not much of a quest fan either so im proud. =P

Very good point. If nothing else Jagex should have at least based its pricing off the current averages. Heck looking at the price guides posted all over the web on various help guides would have been 100x better than some of the numbers they've put up.
