well if it gets accepted you get unmuted, have chance to say wrong things, get reported, get perm banned without appealing, i would say stay muted, no chance to get reported. and with quickchat it isnt that bad.

yes there is one, (i know myself >.<). they will reply to it in 1/2 days, and mostly they accept it whatever your offence is. if you are permanent muted i suggest you dont do the last chance appeal.
