3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
What value order do the new dragon masks go in? I would assume it's: Green Blue Red Black Bronze Iron Steel Frost Mith But that Black is still miles above the three lowest...

In game? Sure! Seeing as how that's exactly what you do for the wishlist, lol...

Same... <_< At least I get to try Skeletal Horror again tomorrow. Lazy Odd Old Man... I can kill the thing in 30 seconds but it takes him a week to put it back together!

They have a pretty high street price, like 15-30m a piece. there kinda crashing on account of how bad they look. I rather like my Sq (SP). I haven't seen the skirt yet, but it kinda feels like the sq should have looked like this all along. It's the piece with the most noticeable changes, too. (Three large spikes on both the top and bottom edges.) I probably wouldn't hesitate to trade it for the (OR) kit though.

@Economy - You done goofed up.
Often they're a cheaper alternative in the GWD for some sort of god armour. I cannot think of a single situation where this would be accurate. Rune was only in zam/sara versions. Neither of thsoe have anything to do with mroe expensive(arma/bandos) options. Anyone wearing sara/zam rune in the GWD is doing so for looks. Stoles, bracers, dhide, yes those have their uses. Rune does not. The kiteshields, perhaps. Helmets too...

Dig spot was several steps southwest from Rogue Castle - As in, directly within the Chaos Elemental's attack range and possibly right next to its spawn point? I still haven't figured it out... This puzzle is on the casket by the way.

Can a poll (SURVEY?) be set up on the main site or somewhere fairly noticeable on the forums to help us determine what monsters drop elite clues most often?

All you need is a defence amulet (im surprised there's no trimmed version yet), and farming cape (t) and you would become the epitome of awesomeness. OT: I just remembered, didn't they promise gold-trimmed versions of the later god armors? like Saradomin Platebody (g)? You probably remember that from upstairs in the Wise Old Man's house, because I don't think they ever said they would add them... @Wivry: Guthix Stole.

What are the tools of a professional sniper?
I did register last night as Bladewing mentioned that site too but they never sent the authorization code to my phone so... #-o I'ma try again now that you've reminded me. Oh, I was told that a minute was already too late though, lol. Also, sorry to hear that, Triq... :( You have more dedication than me!!

What are the tools of a professional sniper?
If that's true, using them is against Runescape's rules, which we know you'd be breaking. -points to Battle robes- ;) Alot of people use this: http://rscript.org/webrshd.html just type !geupdate and it says roughly the last known GE update. Or like others you can sit @ the GE for hours on end, spam clicking max offer until it changes (indicating it just updated) then click buy. or like me, do TT's, use new items as bartering tools. Thanks! :) I think I need to know roughly how much time there is between updates though to be able to predict the next? I'm not quite desperate enough to camp an entire day lol. I do the clues as I get them, but I get very few...

What are the tools of a professional sniper?
Bots? If it were against the rules then I doubt many people would be so open about it. I don't think I'm asking for a bot, but a thing that tells you when the prices update. If that's the same thing as what you're talking about, it's not against the rules, because it does nothing in-game. Thanks for jumping to a negative conclusion though... <_<

What are the tools of a professional sniper?
They should, I agree, but I need to know if they actually do. To be honest I think RevKnights should be one of the ones that can drop a 3 or a 4. Anyone have anything about the sniprar program?

What are the tools of a professional sniper?
I'm getting somewhat desperate over getting a Fury Kit. I don't want to wait for them to crash - that could be weeks, with upcoming weeks being time I can't play at all - and I can't even get a level 4 clue scroll once a day (with 5+ hours of killing things), nor can I buy it with cash (everyone wants other new items). Where can I download a reliable program which might allow me to snipe one? Secondary, less important question. What Revenants if any drop level 4 clues?

I don't wanna barge in and pretend like I know, but I have my money on a wheel/roulette system, as other drops have - When it is decided you will get a clue, the roulette is spun and 3 and 4 have differently sized spaces. Then again that doesn't confirm or deny your theory... :P

@Economy - You done goofed up.
Let me state the obvious since you've had a brain lapse. Ranger Boots - Best boots for rangers in the game, still, after many years. 3rd Age - WAS the best before GWD... Every D'Hide set but Ancient and Guthix - Cheaper alternatives to many other items for GWD purposes. Vestments, for the same purpose, mainly for pures... God Bows - They're looking better and better, but no one here has actually tested them. Prayer Books - Unholy Book is still the best shield slot item for rangers. I should add that nearly every single "common" reward just released is quite useful.

Uhmmm, changes in consumer taste denotes a change in the demand, which causes the curve to shift left and decrease the quantity supplied, but not the supply per se. Supply never changes demand, or vice versa. Lrn 2 Econ. No! I already did last year and I never wanna go back. I even got college credit... :shades: Ignoring obvious deficiencies in vocab, I'm pretty sure I'm right... If it's wrong because of the wording, then you know what I mean! If what you're trying to say is that once the "shine" wears off of the update and people become less interested in buying the rewards, leading to price falls and less people hunting clues, then yes I get what you're saying. Oh, I don't mean time frame though. What I do mean is if everyone who owned these items wore them around, and everyone else who wanted these items saw them, the wanters would think they were already becoming common already and not want them as much or at all.

Accomplishment of the day: Verac's Flail sucks so badly compared to that, even VS. her 1/2protfrommelee. How do people get 5 kills here with Verac's Flail? I used it for the 2nd form only on the first trip and ran out of food by the end of the 2nd kill.

Variety. And for the record I like most everything but the new trimmed rune... And I'M sure that most people would agree. Also, we just got a huge flow of new items that will become cheap soon enough and count as Bandos/Armadyl items in slots that weren't possible before. I would be surprised if Armadyl Vestments DIDN'T become very popular with pures looking to kill Aviantese. This seems to imply that when supply changes, demand also changes. This is untrue. However, you could also be implying (partially correctly) that in the near future, both preferences will change, resulting in lower demand (correct), and supply will increase (which is technically untrue, the quantity supplied will increase, but the ways to acquire the items will stay the same). The quantity supplied increase, which will cause a shift along the demand curve, not a shift of the demand curve. However, I do believe that the demand curve will shift because of a change in tastes and preferences of consumers. So, you're right but for the wrong reasons. Tastes will change - As soon as items are common to be seen, people will want them less because they'll seem less exclusive, less new, and less exciting - Leading to supply changing demand!

So you've been around the block?
Kinda necropost but don't worry. This thread has discussion value because every single person can reply! :D I think I started very very near when Runecraft was released, maybe even when they were still calling it RS2 beta. I've never really gone more than a few months without playing, so I'd like to think I've been around for just about everything!

I just got back from there, NOT RECOMMENDED. I was on with CM and my friend with ZGS and he had to tele with under 300lp. I didn't stick around longer than to finish the spawn. It's obvious why that place is always deserted! I should say though that we got 6 sets of kills...
