He has 70 prayer, how would get manage to get another 20% bonus? Anyways, I would get verac skirt instead of torags legs since they have sames stats + a prayer bonus. Also veracs helm is better for melee since you need to prayer and it has better def and prayer bonus (at least I think it does). The tiny str bonus from a helm of neitiznot would barely benefit you at godwars. A DFS is a good idea for arma and sara but armadyl plate is not needed. I find a zamarok d'hide top to suit my needs and you can just use a armadyl pendant since its easily replaced. by getting 14 more prayer levels :wall:
