Also will be extremely happy if these new things work in staking, to bring more skill into it, even rebalancing different armours weaknesses/weapon bonuses could have a big impact in staking. (armour on staking I am talking about, boxing will prob not be effected).

I recently sent jagex a (rather angry) email directly to their legal department to see what their response to the situation was, and recieved this reply. Fairly sure after reading this thread that my IP may have been got through that stupid new rssite scam thread that keeps popping up here, it had a large image on it :/. Why not have some sort of white-list system for off-site picture links, such as imageshack, even runetracker etc, and prevent other sites from being able to host images here.

My fault? Arguments about being more of a target aside, I have always been as careful as possible with my IP. - Do not use skype, any IRCs, msn, or ever click on any links people send me ingame. You might remember I posted an attempt before to get my ip via a pm from "zezima", I just cannot work out how they would have been able to get my IP in the first place, no one on an IRC or skype could have sold me out, as I do not use them, this forum and RSC are the only forums I use with my username.

I have been the victim of a ddos attack while staking, losing a blue partyhat worth around 3000m, I have proof on video + even another video with proof of the people behind it demanding money in return for "protection". What can I do, I have reset my router but I have a feeling they can ddos a range, it is absurd that this has happened, some people are just scum. < the youtube for cash in return for protection < the actual blue loss, videoed after i had disconnected, they ddosed me as soon as I clicked accept. Discussion value, what does this show about the state of runescape these days, recently I was also scammed for 2b while staking, but this is far worse and there seems to be little I can do to protect myself. lol you got screwed over there, disk sells for around 160m. Sad stuff, this, along with 2b scammed, and the generally fact I lost around 11b means I am quiting staking for a bit now. ~25bil bank now, had almost 40b before all that bullshit >.<, still enough to last forever pretty much though.

Seeing as how the FPS update was so popular we decided to make some changes. Starting now, you can add an extra dollar onto every month's membership you purchase. For each dollar added, one more FPS will be added onto your game experience. In other news: All players will now have a default max of 5 fps -Jagex Higher fps will be rewardable as SOF rewards.
