  1. 'In (Communist) JaGeX We Trust' With a Hammer and Sickle centered on it. Communist JaGex, We salute you!
  2. Sorry about that, even from your first post I didn't know what you were talking about.. Hah. I have yet to try out Stealing Creation anyways, so I'd have to get back to you on that one.
  3. Nope not a waste. Just a test :) Loan it and see if you find it worth spending all that money on. With how little BGS fluxuates, you could leave an offer at minimum, buy overnight, and sell it for the SAME or higher price a day or two later. If you can get a friend to loan you any GS, test it out and see how you like it.
  4. Buy a GS pl0x? BGS is 18M. Loans are a waste.
  5. This will make you more of a profit too (all runes are profit, salamander ammo is cheap). But if not, keep Fire Waving. You'll realize it's better than Slayer dart after only even one run.
  6. If you're talking about new PvP rewards degrade time, then it starts as soon as you begin combat. If you aren't in combat, you can wield the weapon/armor without degrading.. This doesn't apply for Corrupt armor.
  7. Bring enough food that you'll run out of food, at around the same time you fill your inventory (with drops, herbs) to bank.. I usually bring like 6 Pineapple pizzas, which is enough. Thats only 132 HP healed. At lower levels, bring more food. Not too hard to understand?
  8. Ratio of 5:2 for Brews to Restores.. I never fill my tortoise with anything more than a Bunyip/healer (for when I empty my tortoise [you DO NOT need a Summoning potion! New Super restores restore Summoning points as well now, just for clarification]), and sharks (I'm a cheap tank, hah). Just try it out for yourself. If you know you'll have a smaller team, adjust accordingly. Bring more brews for a longer trip, or less brews if you have a larger team. No setup is perfect, and don't be afraid to experiment.
  9. They require 70 Summoning to hatch, and grow from chicks, to birds, into the adult form (Guthix raptor, Zamorak hawk, Saradomin owl) .. They eat either crushed fishing bait, or regular fishing bait as a bird/adult. No special abilities. Just another pet.
  10. Well I read something about reinforcements of some type of armor. It cost around 2M, minimum 60 Smithing, and gives one hour of 'reinforcement'. And then the maximum was 200k, with 99 Smithing, giving 8 hours.. Anyone help on what it is? I know you can use an 'Armour stand' in your POH (trust me, I use mine more than I should) for Barrows, but I can't find the article, or information on these 'reinforcements' anymore (which i don't think were for Barrows)..
  11. Can you not 'reinforce' the armor based on your smithing level? I was reading something about this, but not exactly sure it was PvP armor. All I know was at 99 Smithing, you can get 8 hours more of use of some armor..
  12. viewtopic.php?f=103&t=748158 Tada.
  13. Salve amulet (e), or Slayer mask only! (Nosepeg is a must) You won't need more than 5 Prayer potion per inventory (save room for herb drops), if you do pray (proselyte). Don't make the mistake of taking too many Prayer potions, and fill your inventory before you do Prayer potions. It'll just be a waste of a herb space. :) Prayer probably isn't needed after 80 defense and magic. Just use Karil's and a mage shield. Bunyip too if you can, but again, no Guthan's.
  14. Although if you do decide to buy the shield, look on the RSOF, because I believe they're overpriced as of now.. You might be able to get a piece of 3rd Age in the trade if you're lucky.
  15. In addition to these two, just a rule of thumb for Beast of Burdens, is to bring a healer/ other beneficial summon after their timer runs out (or you empty them, and have an empty bird chasing you around, but not helping).
  16. 'You already have a Clue scroll.' So, no. I had 5 at once during an Abberant Spectre task. Four of them stacked on the floor though of course. ;)
  17. Recharge it to (4), sell it, and buy as many glories as you can with that money. Problem solved! Glories are excellent for Runecrafting, and teleports in general.. You are going to be glad you don't have to visit the heros guild every time you use four single teleports. I have 28 glories banked, simply because I can recharge them all at once, and not have to worry about recharging them for another 112 teleports.
  18. I clicked a Grand Tree one so fast, that it glitched two boxes to the point that I couldn't see them.. Haha. I had to log off and restart it then.. -.-
  19. I always do clues (level 3 only though [don't even bother picking up 1's or 2's]), right after I finish whatever I'm killing. In all the clues I've done, I've probably managed 10m+, with my best drop being a Saradomin Platebody.. The chance that you can get a good item (3rd Age! Only reason I do level 3's [in hopes of achieving my 3rd Age Platelegs goal I've had forever]) always seems to motovate me. Plus, I can do them quickly, and it averages about to being a good profit. And for some odd reason, I actually enjoy the puzzle boxes.. So why not? And even if I get a crossbow, or piece of Gilded furnature, I just put it in my house, or save the Rune Crossbows (have a collection of about 35 from clues alone, heh).
  20. Not many. And you can easily safespot them if they do. And because it's rstill (semi-)low leveled wilderness, revs don't target people too far from their combat levels. But to answer you question, I have yet to see a rev there, and I go there for clues all the time.
  21. Chaos temple in level ~13 Wilderness?
  22. Then you are still too ignorant to realize the benefits it offers.. If you farm correctly, you can level effortlessly, and only take a few minutes to make a nice profit from herbs, or get a couple thousand XP a day from trees in only a minute or two. Think of how many people hated summoning when it was released (yes, I realize the familiars pretty much sucked at the time, and everyone believed it was 'fake combat levels', but it was because the ignorant had the mindset that the skill was completely pointless), but after people realize the benefits, it became very popular and useful to many RuneScape related tasks. Hmm.. Someone who actually realizes how Jagex strayed away from another grind skill.. They couldn't possibly be smart enough to do that on purpose, could they? Or maybe everyone else is just too stuborn to realize that Jagex created the skill to be based on planning, and time management? That's why the poll results were so poor; the vast majority of RuneScape lacks planning and time management. Not that it's a 'boring skill'. In most people who have actually realized this, a lot of people find Farming to be a nice break from other skills (which you may multi-task with Farming! [No way!] ) and usually even more enjoyable.
  23. I still can't tell if this is a joke or whatever.. But are DFS' and DFH honestly drops from PvP?
  24. Full dharoks...skulled... For the npcs, i'd have to say the DKs drop some pretty random stuff...What are they doing holding onto red d'hide vambs and noted tallys? I killed a friend with 75k on him for a DFS. \ Yeah, Jagex messed up. Is it true DFS' and DFH are drops from PvP?
  25. 184 Exactly my point. And gives you a more accomplished feeling.
