Fire giants are good. The Waterfall dungeon is probably the best place for them, but usually crowded.

I currently have 407,781 runecrafting xp (level 64), and I need 21,424 law tablets to get 91 rc. This translates as 921,232 tokens. How long would this roughly take (being able to play 5 or more hours a day). Another note is that I have never played it before, so I would be pretty bad at the start. Any help is greatly aprreciated.

Good start, but you should include camelot teleport tablets. They are good xp, and only need one law rune and one soft clay per tablet, since you can just use an air staff.

Most people actually lag less when playing in HD (small) with all details turned off than when playing in Standard Detail. I always play in HD, as most people probably do.
