I love to see progression from sketches to finished product, makes it that you did a lot of work instead of just posting the final. I think the watercolor hue looks great, but have you tried and make it more contrast turning more lifelike? Love it nonetheless.
  3. Wow, that sounds scarily like the story of my start. Difference is I never gave my account away and never quit. One of my rl friends from back in the start also still pk's so I get to talk to him even though we go to different schools now. I think the account I gave was banned or just left in the dark. I cannot remember now. :/
  4. When I first tried Dungeoneering, it reminded me of the Zelda games that I've played over the years. Of course, there are major differences, but it has that feel- Keys unlock doors, traps throughout, and a boss at the end of the level. I cannot wait til batch two. *Goes to the bottom of Daemonheim* Bilrach: Sorry, your princess is in another Dungeon. Me: Dude. Wrong Game. Jagex: *Snicker* Me: Oh [Cabbage]! #-o [hide=] [/hide] Link, we should Duo together after I get 99 Slayer. I know I don't have mine high enough as yours, but I don't mind waiting for you if you dc'd. <3:
  5. When I first started back in RSC (under a different username), I played with my friends after school. Of course, my friends would team up in the wild and I will be off doing quests. A few years later, they quit and moved on to other games, but we still got together and chatted. Alas, nothing lasts forever, and they moved to other things. Weeks later, I quit, and gave my account to another friend. Then I started this one a month later, and kept it ever since. I'd like to see them online now and again, but chances are, they will not. But I will never forget our times together. <3:
  6. Yay Turmoil! *Zappp* Finally unlocked all of the Curses. Now I don't have to train Prayer until I have enough for 99, which will not be anytime soon. Rate.
  7. Aww. Both of them are soo cute!@ <3: Hope they live healthy lives. :)
  8. Awwwwwwwwww. <3: @Laik- I get that asked all the time. :(
  9. Badger Badger Badger Badger... Where'd the Snake go? :(
  10. I'm not very good at fakes, since I use Paint for most of my editing on this computer, but they are very good. I knew Stomp was a Shoop-da-Wooper. Maybe could have used his magic attack instead? But this one really made me laugh. Great work. :D
  11. I really am glad that they posted a Player's Gallery, I'm allways looking forward to the next one. My Thoughts: -Butterflies- My Favorite! Great feel of the perspective. The way she had to 'reach' to get the butterfly was well done. -Duel Arena- Splendid detail. My thought is that the light coming in from the arches could be not as bright? Seems to distract from what is actually taking place. (At least, it is for me.) Maybe tone it down around the warrior? -Jelly-Filled Star- Great humor. Loved the facial expressions. -Dharok- Very nice background. Some parts are a bit... odd on the character. A mixture between torags and dharok maybe? Very good work. -Chibineers- I found this funny, as some of these events have happened during my Dungeoneering floors. Last panel especially. -Troubled mage- Seemed too.. Harry Potter as some have put it. -Mage Girl- Seems like I've seen it somewhere before... -Zammy- One thing i'm concerned: Where did the SS go? Seems like it blends in too easily with the background. [/nitpicky] Awesome Artwork. Cannot wait for the next Gallery. :3
  12. Here is mine. (in .PNG): It doesn't really matter where you put me. Fear my uber leet Paint skills. :D

I hope the best for you. <3:
  14. I wonder if we could use that one story as a solution to the Knot problems. Use Knife -> Knot. Done! All jokes aside, hopefully it isn't something that would cause me eye strain. Otherwise, this puzzle sounds fun.
  15. Ooh, I thought it was Photoshopped. Looking forward to it. I can see this in the chatbox: Echocut: I can see clearly now the rain is gone-- Echocut: Hold on, there isn't rain in RS to begin with. D:
  16. It seems like they are trying to experiment with something highly explosive that, which most likely, would explode in their faces. I hope Blizzard's Fire Department and their Attourneys are standing by, things could get really nasty. But I can see how it can be beneficial, however, at the moment, the negative aspects just overwhelm the positives. It just scares me. I'm just not convinced. We'll see how well Blizzard handles this.
  17. I should stick my hands into strangers pockets too.
  18. Farming. I was gonna say Agility, but I would rather have Agility get some sort of Distraction Diversion thing. Maybe some sort of race while dodging thrown godswords or something? ...A revamp of the Arena would be interesting too, since Jagex made updates for Gnome Delivery. A Slayer guild is a bit much. We got Kuradal and her dungeon, do we really need more? Summoning would be quite interesting though, but I'd hardly think it would be pulled off well.
  19. Here's one I'm working on now: [hide=A Closer Look] Graphite. Inspiration came from hunting Greenwalls. Since they curl up when you are close to one, I thought it would be a interesting drawing. Will probably do a few more touchups, but I thought it would be nice to post this. By the way, Greenwalls are soo cute! <3: [/hide] If I could find the original of the first one, I would re-scan it in. The third one was just a quick sketch, nothing more. Unless this place is for 'finished' art only.
  20. I loved your vids, especially the spoof of Telephone. Keep up the good work.
  21. Echo's 2k13 Sketch Dump. Hello! Welcome to Echo's Sketch Dump thread, where I post my most recent works, W.I.Ps, and finished projects. Most of the works I will post here is rough-lined and incomplete. I have a few projects in the works, so bear with me until then! All of these postings were used with a Fujifilm camera and uploaded via Photobucket. Critiques would be appreciated. [spoiler=A Christmas Card] ^ I tried to design a Christmas card to send to family, but it never got finished. Here are some samples of it during the designing process. I did like designing the clothes though. [spoiler=A New Member!] ^ This is when our new family member came, our Siberian Husky/Blue Heeler mix: Bandit. Here is one of my Projects: [spoiler=PROJECT WALL]A Wallpaper of Miss Yoko! Now, if you have never seen TTGL, I am not forcing you to go out and watch it, but I would advise some research. TTGL is one of my favorite shows, and one that everyone should at least watch once. Yes, yes, there are TONS of fan-made wallpapers of her. However, I wanted to make my own. ^ The first pic is one of many sketches that I did in preparation for this project. I tried different views, trying to get a sense of how the body sits in that position. The second post is the sketch on Bristol board. I plan on using color, but right now I am working on perspective and proportions. To this point, I have yet to use any references... I really should though. ___________________________________ [spoiler=Clicky for the original thread- A blast from the past!]Here are a few that I want to share: *MAY CONTAIN LONG LOAD TIMES* [hide=First Members] -This was a few years ago when I first joined Members, so all I had was a Dragon Longsword (before they changed the shape) and a few others. -Wearing: Polar top + legs, Cooking Gauntlets, Glory Amulet, Dragon Longsword, Obsidian Cape, and a Saradomin Prayer Book. (I don't know which ring, but I'm guessing Charos, but don't quote me on that.) -Done in graphite. (Pencil) -This was my first time working (just uploading) with photoshop, so there are a few things I could touch up with but kept it as is.[/hide] [hide='Attempt at RS Comics] -Hm, I think I got the inspiration from the art and/or off-topic forums... Cannot remember which. Anyways, first attempt of a RS Paint Comic since I didn't know all the workings of Photoshop and kinda wanted to challenge myself. -It was fun doing this, even though it is not shaded and such. Never knew why the other player was skulled though. [/hide] [hide=Quickie] -After finding out about this forum, I quickly 'sketched' out my RS Avatar in it's current state. Never bothered the details with Lord Marshal robes, but I think it was good nonetheless at 2 am. :-# -Wearing: Lord Marshal Top, Skirt, Gloves, (and boots), Blessed Spirit Shield, Nature Amulet, and a Trimmed Skillcape.[/hide] Might post some more stuff later on. -Echocut *EDIT* I have more works in line to be scanned in. Hope to get some in within next week. I might even submit one to the Player's Gallery.
  22. Wow, great artwork. :D For the book- How did you make the Zamorak symbol pop out like that? Did you use an imprint or something? Shahdie mentioned sentimental works, now I'm curious as to what these are. Post more. :3 *edit* Oh, little late. Maybe I'll try to get all of my RS fan art together to post.
  23. *Click's Link* ... Good game. #-o
  24. All this speculating is making me shiver with excitement. :^_^: Side note: The Machine in the Slayer Dungeon? I always thought it would be more geared towards the Summona storyline. I remember visiting one time after the Sennisten (spelling?) quest, and the chained portal seemed simmilar to the portal in Sennisten when Zaros made his first appearance. Of course, this is just probably silly coming from me. :P
