I got it out from planetrenders, they have pretty much of sprites around there.

For your information, there is no such thing as motion blur on that pic, I made hard time with a background, which I still unfortunately covered up by that effect C4D, and it isn't just normal blending.

Not too different, but sprites create a different overall look and not all backgrounds fit with sprites.

Also, it happened that today was a day from our national calendar, on which everyone is supposed to have fun and sledge. One more good thing about it: People are easily manipulated with, if you have a lot of border guards, then (methinks) it is easier to bribe them to let illegal immigrants in country. The tag itself looks rather nice as a complex, but with lighting you have totally messed up. You see, the light on your stock comes from top left, where you had your text. But the light on the render from down right. So suit yourself.
