  1. You are weak. But yes, I think that summoning should be in single combat areas too, as it raises part of your characters combat ability, it should do it everywhere not just in certain zones.
  2. + it's immense spec. (Also, I just got a black mask drop in game! :D)
  3. you do know pressing the whistle button in combat brings a familiar into combat without wasting your own attack time?
  4. I think they are good and worthwhile (especially the ranged ones) but me and someone were talking about them in ForsakenMage and someone came out with 'Combat Familiars suck' What do you think? Do they suck? :o
  5. nnneeeeeaaaaaarrrrrrrllllllyyyyyy theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere! good luck :D
  6. Sell all those cats. You'll get 100k death runes :o That's like 20m. :D
  7. Oh wow, I thought this died, didn't realise people bought it back up! :o Epic. Took a break from fire cape goal to get; 80 attack (Got) 70 slayer Slayer Helmet (Got) Rune Defender (Got) Ability to craft slayer rings.
  8. :twss: Updated Supporters List.

The Fremmenink Miles. The Fremmenink Files. (MATRIX SPIN OFF LOLZ) The Fremmenink Tiles. Something that rhymes with Isles and Trials. Epic.
  10. Friend of mine, Armstrader1, was trying to get 99 range, attack, defence, and strength. And accidently got HP without trying. :P Doesn't really count though.
  11. I'm actually liking this. Didn't know about emmy bracelets so i'll have a crack at it tonight. Might alch them instead of selling though.
  12. Oh aye, forgot about that one. Rune pick. Thanks for reminding me :)
  13. I had some elite when it first came out, and some weirdo traded me his claws for my elite. Tried them out for a few days, and tbh I really didn't like them. Claws only work well at high strength levels. 75 isn't enough to make them useful tbh, so i waited and sold for 2m after they had risen from 300k. What a foooool.
  14. I've had: Agility, Smithing, Smithing and Melee. Used agility at wilderness course getting 2k exp. Made them last like 2 hours by only using the gloves on the last obstacle Used both smithing at the blast furnace, didn't get the 400% but got a bonus 50%. Used melee at the axe hut in level 54 wilderness, got *alot* of exp.
  15. What's the ring of fire and what gloves? They are both obtained from the In Pyre Need minigame. You have to light beacons and keep them burning. I think it's 5 for ring, 10 for gloves and 15 for Inferno Adze. The ring and gloves give a small amount of bonus exp while firemaking, and the adze is just plain awesome. It's an axe which sometimes randomly burns logs that you cut. Really good for cutting and burning stuff.
  16. Mining would probably be about the speed of mining mithril? I'd say it would be nice if you could get 100 p/h of level 5 at 80 mining. That's like 11k shards to 20k shards. Thanks for the support though, added a support list :D
  17. Tbh, I'd watch the G.E graphs every day, and as soon as they start to dip a tiny bit, sell 'em off Max on the G.E They will sell instantly at max.
  18. Contents: 1. Introduction. 2. Requirements. 3. Mining the Spirit Glass. 4. Crafting the Empty Spirit Shards. 5. Charging the Spirit Shards 6. Experience Gained. 1. Introduction. Me and a friend were thinking today. Summoning is such an irritating skill to raise, though when you do it is worth it. Most skills have an extremely slow but cheap/profitable OR an extremely fast but expensive route to level up. But not summoning. No no no. Spirit shards make up the bulk of the cost of summoning. Keeping this in mind, we decided there should be a way of crafting your own spirit shards, though to match in with the opposite of fast and expensive, it is profitable when you make the pouches, but very slow. 2. Requirements. Level 1: 10 mining, 10 crafting. Level 2: 20 mining, 20 crafting. 10 summoning. Level 3: 40 mining, 40 crafting, 20 summoning. Level 4: 60 mining, 60 crafting, 30 summoning. Level 5: 80 mining, 80 crafting, 50 summoning. 3. Mining the Spirit Glass. Spirit shard 'rocks' would be mined in chunks, and as there needs to be a place to mine these rocks, we decided on a dungeon. To get to the dungeon, you would need to talk to Pikkupstiks, and he will teleport you there at the cost of 1 summoning pouch in your inventory. (If you have none, he will simply deny you.) When you are teleported, you find yourself on a disc in the center of a large circular room. The disc will have a portal in it which leads back to Pikkupstiks' upstairs. The disc has five doors which lead to five distinctly different areas, based around 5 different terrains in Runescape. Each one of the terrains has a different level of Spirit Glass. Level 1 (The woodland area) Level 2 (The swamp area) Level 3 (The cloud area) Level 4 (The abyssal area) Level 5 (The heat/fire/lava area.) Each area will have familiars in it based on the type of area you are in, but their levels will be toned up/down depending on what level they are in. You can mine the spirit glass there, but the familiars will attempt to attack you while you do it. So you will have to fight them off. The spirit glass is NOT STACKABLE and is UNTRADEBLE. When you are mining, you might find 'Chisel Shaped Shard' which will allow you to craft double the amount of shards for a certain period of time. This is explained in the next step. There is 1:100 chance of finding the chisel shaped shard among the glass. 4. Crafting the Uncharged Spirit Shards. This is the most simple step. Go to a bank and when you think you have enough spirit glass, withdraw a chisel and 27 glass. Use the chisel on the glass and depending on the level of your glass, you will recieve an amount of uncharged spirit shards. For level 1 glass you will get 10-30 spirit shards. For level 2, you will get 20-50 shards. Level 3 will get you between 40 and 80 shards. If you have level 4 glass you will get 80-110 shards. And for level 5 you will get 110-200 shards. If you found a chisel shaped shard, you will recieve double shards per glass for 500 pieces of glass. They are STACKABLE here, but still UNTRADEBLE. 5. Charging the Spirit Shards. Now comes the final step. As was said in the first step, the spirit shard realm is full of familiars which aren't bound by any particular person. These range from level 10 in the 1 zone, all the way to level 190 in the level 5 zone. In order to charge the shards, you have to kill the familiars in the realm. Killing a familiar will charge 75% to 125% of the familiars level in shards. E.G: If you killed a level 100 familiar, it could charge between 75 and 125 of your shards. If it comes out in a decimal, the amount of shards will always be rounded down. After you have charged all your shards, they become useable to make familiars with, finally. No cost, but a very long time spent. 6. Experience. Mining: Level 1: 20 exp per glass. Level 2: 50 exp per glass. Level 3: 100 exp per glass. Level 4: 120 exp per glass. Level 5: 200 exp per glass. Crafting: Level 1: 20 exp per glass. Level 2: 50 exp per glass. Level 3: 100 exp per glass. Level 4: 120 exp per glass. Level 5: 200 exp per glass. Conclusion: Overall, I think it'd be a nice feature to add to summoning. What are your thoughts? I'll try and make some fake images to add for it tomorrow. 19. Good luck on quest cape sir. :) Got mine a day or two ago. For farming: I did Vinesweeper from 1-15. Oak trees + Guams to 30. 30-45 I did willow trees. Then 45-56 I did willows and ranarrs (Because maples were really expensive, substitute willows for maples if you have the money because it will come far faster then.) - After 56 I just did Kwuarms all the way to 63. Still do willows or maples if you have the money though. I had the money for willows but really just couldn't be bothered lol. For herblore: Buy your way to 45 using whatever method you want. Then I farmed kwuarms, sold the kwuarms on the g.e and bought 2 irit potion (unfs) per kwuarm sold. Then I made the irit pots into Super Attacks all the way to 64, worked out fine. For smithing: I lost a bit of money here. From 57-60 I did Gold Ore with Goldsmithing Gauntlets. This cost like 600k and you said you don't want to lose much. So you shouldn't do that. Iron Bars is fine though providing you use rings of forging. After 60 I went to the blast furnace. Used 1 mith ore and 2 coal ore to make a mithril bar. Then made the mithril bars into bolts. Did this from 60-69. Wasn't particularly fast but you don't lose much money, and it's a bit more interesting than conventional smithing. I did solo Blast Furnace though, might be faster if you are in a team or on the themed world.
  20. Cooooooooonnnnngrrrrrrrrrrrratttttttttttulllllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaatiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiions. Congratulations, indeed. And nice bank.
  21. PJing fails. No problem with safing though. What's the point in food if you can't eat above their max hit? that basically means that I can get 1 hit KO'd at any time and the fight becomes down to luck instead of skill.

    You win.
  23. Black Salamander method works best for me. It's cheap, and fairly effective. Only one I have trouble with is Karil, and Ahrim if I try to use the Salamander, for that reason I take a rune c'bow along with some broads to take out Ahrim. I just struggle on with Karil though, because whip doesn't work too well on him for me either :| Great guide though <3
