GL with your goals, though I'd recommend doing Willows from your current level until level 75, as they are very fast exp. And Yews are really slow to cut at level 60. Good luck though.

- @@@ Money Making for Beginners! @@@ - BY KEPIHAN Hello. Welcome to my first RuneScape guide, money making for beginners. I'm going to go over loads of basic and cheap techniques to multiply your money. Some of them take a long time, others take hardly any time. Some of them might require levels, but the levels are never that high. And others of them require investments. Some of the investments can be between 1-30k, others are up to 100k. But all of them are do-able by low levels. MERCHANTING. Merchanting used to be better, before the G.E, as you could buy things off players for low prices, and then sell them for much higher. Merchanting is still here after the trade limit though, just you buy from shops in game, and then sell on the G.E for higher. Also, since the addition of summoning a lot of prices of things that were previously worthless have risen quite a lot. Method 1 Cost: Between 3k and 30k works best. Time: Long, due to banking distance. I can get 1-1.5k eyes an hour, which is basically 50-75k profit an hour. They don't sell amazingly fast. Took me about 30 minutes to sell 1k of them. Method: This consists of going to Draynor, banking all of your items (Equipping nothing except Weight Reduction items if you have them) and taking out 84gp. Then you run to Port Sarim Magic Shop, buy 28 eyes of newt for 3gp each, then running back to the bank, taking out another 84gp, Buying more eyes of newt, bank and repeat. You can then sell these for 59gp on the Grand Exchange (On 7th of September 2008.) Profit: If you spend 3k, you end up with 1k eyes of newt. 1k*59gp=59k-3k=56k profit. If you spend 30k, you'll get get 10k eyes of newt, 10k*59gp=590k-30k=560k profit. Method 2 Cost: 20k works best imo. I get about Time: A bit longer than the first one, but with more profit. I got 900-1.2k in an hour. Which is 69k-91k per hour. LEAVE THESE OVERNIGHT TO SELL. THEY SHOULD HAVE MOST CERTAINLY SOLD BY THE MORNING. Method: This works pretty much the same as the first one, Go to Draynor, bank, take out 560gp and weight reducing items if you have them. Then run to Port Sarim food shop, buy 28 Chocolate Bars, bank, take out the 560gp, and repeat. Profit: If you spend 20k, you'll have 1k Chocolate Bars. You can sell each bar in the G.E for 96gp, giving a 76gp profit per chocolate bar. 1k*76=76k, if you spend 200k, you'll get 10k chocolate bars. 10k*76=760k. [hide=Tip for Method 1 and 2]Thanks to Ouchy_S for suggesting to add this in. Basically, if you have an Explorer Ring 3 from the Medium Achievement Diary (Lumbridge and Draynor) then you can use it to teleport to the cabbage field, this really shorts down walking time from the shop to the bank.[/hide] Method 3 Members Only! Cost: 20-200k. Time: Fairly fast. I can get 1.5-2k Chocolates in an hour, which is about 114k-152k profit. Again you should leave these to sell overnight. Method: This is the same as method two, but in a different, faster place. You go to the Grand Tree, second floor. Go to the bank there and deposit everything except 560gp, equip weight reducing items if you have them so you can run longer. Then you just run North of the bank, trade with Hudo, buy chocolate bars, and bank. This is a considerably shorter distance than from Draynor to Sarim. So you earn the same profit, but you earn it faster. Profit: If you spend 20k, you'll have 1k Chocolate Bars. You can sell each bar in the G.E for 96gp, giving a 76gp profit per chocolate bar. 1k*76=76k, if you spend 200k, you'll get 10k chocolate bars. 10k*76=760k. Farming Members Only! Farming was hated when it first came out, as people said it was worthless and too time consuming for no profit. But then people discovered Ranarr farming. And with the release of Summoning, Marigolds become worth quite a lot so that people could make Bull Ants. Though Farming takes time to earn you profit, this time passes while you are logged out or doing something else on the game. I personally go round, plant all my things, then go earn more money doing another task, therefore earning more money at once. Method 1 Level Requirements: Level 32 farming. 51 magic OR an Ardougne Teleport Tab. Other requirements: None are NEEDED, but for effeciency you should have completed the 'Ghosts Ahoy' quest and have a full ectovial. You also should have completed the 'Plague City' quest so that you can do Ardougne Teleport. Item requirements: 4 ranarr seeds (80k, but don't worry. This will be replaced.) 4 supercomposts. Teleport runes/tabs for Ardougne, Camelot, Falador OR a charged glory OR an explorer ring 3, Full ectophial. Time: Slow, but most of that time you can also use other methods to make money. This is just a 10-100k bonus. Method: This is called 'Chain Ranarr Farming' and is very profitable way of farming. Anyway, so teleport to Draynor, take out your seeds, a rake, a seed dibber, a spade, and four supercomposts. Walk to the farming place near Draynor, or if you are using the explorer ring teleport you just walk north and you are there already, if you are using the Falador teleport you walk out of the South exit, then as soon as you are out walk east. Once you are there Rake the herb patch. Use a supercompost on it, plant your ranarr seeds. And your done with this patch. Teleport to Ardougne and walk out of the north exit. Once you are there, go east over the fences, then north when your in the cow field. This should take you to a farming patch. Do the same, Rake, Compost and Plant, then teleport to Port Phasmatys with your ectophial. Fill it again, then walk south to the farming patch. Rake, Compost, and Plant. Then to Camelot, walk down to Catherby bank, Go north of there and you should find another farming patch. Plant your Ranarrs. And wait. It takes about 70 minutes for them to grow. So if you did your planting at 12:00, teleport to Draynor at 01:10, and re-do your round. Harvesting ranarrs. If you wanted to you could bring more Seeds and supercomposts, and once you have harvested you can plant some more. Therefore speeding up farming time. Profit: The amount of Ranarrs varies. The minimum you can harvest is 3, but the highest you can harvest is 18. On average you get about 5-7. This means the minimum you can get is 60k, which is a 20k loss. But the most you can make is 360k which is a 270k profit. Getting the minimum or maximum amounts hardly ever happen though. You are most likely to get 6 on all of them. Which accounts to 120k, which is a 40k profit. Not bad considering you can be mining rune essence, buying chocolate or eyes of newt, or some other money making technique while waiting for them to grow. [hide=Other Herbs to Chain Farm]There are many herbs that are good for chain farming OTHER than Ranarrs, it's just Ranarrs are good for level 30 farming. Toadflax always works good, though you don't get AS much money, your always guaranteed not to lose money. Snapdragons work well too. The seeds are 30k, but the herbs are worth 7k. This equals about the same profit, but more exp. Which is always good.[/hide] [hide=Herb Patches][/hide] TO BE CONTINUED. I WILL ADD SOME MORE THINGS INVOLVING SKILLS AND STUFF IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. I made my first mil in 2 ways, First was that I bought like 400ks worth of Rune Essence, then quit runescape. When I came back, Rune Essence had gone from 29 GP all the way up to 61 gp, so I sold all that and made 800k, then I just telegrabbed like 200 wines of zamorak and made it up to 1m. Then I spent it. >_>

I'm a freak D: I had to go to the shop, but couldn't find my shoes, so I decided to wear some size 7 shoes, when normally I am a size 10, got home, I have a blister on the back of my foot thats seriously this big. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Hurts like a 'female dog' aswell. : (

Of course you can use one as a background, Tell me the resolution of your laptop, then I'll make the image that size so that it fits your screen with no quality loss at all. If you don't know how to check resolution, go to your desktop, right click and press properties, go to the settings tab, and it should say something like 800x600 or 1440x990 (Though it can be different from these), tell me what that number is. Yeah, I got banned for 'Real World Item Trading' which I don't remember doing. Hmm. 9 days left. Fail.

Well, It seems I've been suspended for breaking a rule. Which I infact don't remember breaking, which I should have remembered because it would have cost me money. Been suspended for paying to have my character Powerlevelled, which I infact didn't pay for. Guess I'll be back in 10 days.

HEY JIMMY. Probably don't remember me. But I was active on Lightning for a while, then quit RS, then come back and Lightning is gone. :o Anyway, really good work getting so good on f2p. I can't even get that good on members, where most things are easier to level up.
