Aren't the ore prices already way to low to make a decent profit while mining anyway? (excluding rune)

If you fish your own fish and cook them for 99 fishing then you're doing 2 activities: Fishing Cooking If you buy 99 cooking, then fish to 93~ you're doing 3 activities: Making money Cooking then Fishing. Sometimes being Self-efficient works out. Where's the factor time in that?

Same. Although I sometimes do get some good drops from random things I kill, for example a ranarr from a man in Catherby and a rune kite from a spirit warrior I accidentally attacked while killing aviansies.

Maybe getting money isn't easy for you. There's a lot of people who are just very good at making money with gwd/rc/whatever, and who don't have that much difficulty accumulating a lot of money for a cape or something. If you're one of those people, it is easy. I kinda fail at making money myself too, but that's mostly because I never really go out to make money.

Boooring. I'd rather achieve something than wander around aimlessly. That's why I never do quests on the release day either, it's just going to annoy me to no end when I find out I forgot to bring an item or something. I'd rather wait for a guide to come out and finish it faster, without getting annoyed by things I could have avoided.

I can confirm this, but it's slower when you fail an obstacle. My guess is you can get like 45 secs/lap on average, or 58k xp/hour. Would that be good or bad for agility? I'm crap at agility and may thing on doing it again now. It's pretty good. The other barb course is like 32 secs/lap though, or 80k+ per hour. <3 pies I guess I'll vid that one too. Heh, turns out you have to do two more obstacles or you wont get the lap bonus. It's more like 40 secs/lap :P
