Yes, we will be getting started shortly, I just need to input Grim's character information, and get a piece of paper. When you first get onto the server, the map will be black. That is normal, so just wait for instructions.

Grim. You get 3 level zero spells, 1 level one spell, and the first spell in whichever domains you took. So yeah, you get one casting of cure light wounds automatically, and one cast of burning hands.

Okay guys, let's get rolling. I'll need the spellcasters (Retech, Grim) to tell me which spells you're using. Refer to your class page, spell lists and the spell number modifier on the first page to work out how many you get. If you also want to say which weapon you're using, that'd be awesome. Refer to this page to check out the weapons- http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/equipment.htm I'll just do some quick preperations on maptool, then I'll start the server.

I'm not taking over. I have to eat soon, then prepare D&D game.

Dungeoneering
Oh yeah, and so Retech doesn't have to announce it: The golem has left Caster in ruins, and has begun to walk directly east.

Good luck doing that with level 5 lightning magic... I still should be able to make a continous bolt, or at least rapid ones, the rest should occur naturally as a (desired) bi-effect. Well, physics doesn't work (As much) in this game. A weak electricity bolt is just that. A weak electricity bolt. You can't create plasma at level 5 lightning magic.

Ah..I have to eat at 7:00-8:30~ though. Is a 9:00 PM GMT start okay? I can basically start setting up as soon as I finish eating, so hopefully we can begin at 9:00, play for a few hours, then Retech can run dungeoneering if he wants. EDIT: Mather, why not make it, then copy and paste it into a word document when your charger arrives?

Just remember not to create an excess of artifacts.

Says he isn't making one until his main computer is fixed, because it doesn't read memory sticks and he wants it saved on there apparently. Then again, I don't see why he can't use a CD for that, since he said it would still read CDs.

Dungeoneering
Oh yeah, Retech, concerning unique treasures and equipment. Try not to flood the game with them, or it loses all value. 2-3 from a really hard dungeon is good, and one for a hard boss monster is about right.

Last call to make characters if you want to play today. Come on, we need another person, and Nex forgot to do it supposedly.

Manifest Destiny
Earth, you sent like 90% of your civilisation on an offensive mission. Derp. Grim, I don't think it was. Also, you aren't listening. The oracle is now blanketed in poison fog, so unless you have gas masks, the longer you stay in the area, the easier it'll be for me to absorb your forces into mine. The juggernaught will fall. Using the powers of the oracle, I have two titans (One was summoned by you. Thanks for that.), and plan to summon a lot more bioengines of destruction. You can always back down if you like. I'm never going to actively target anyone, I'm just going to devour them if they're in my path.

PS. If 2025 is on, nex, can you control Enigma?

Manifest Destiny
Assuming you don't choke to death. Creating a breach is pretty bad for you, because the farther in you get, the more you die from toxic fumes. Plus, with no resistance to infection provided by your god, every one of your troops that falls becomes a new asset to me!

DINGDINGDING. I've had my fun watching you squirm, and I'll let you go now since you appear to have got it. And, my final post for the next few hours: Kemios- You attempt to open the door, and it slides open easily. It suddenly dawns on you that there was never any special seal in the first place, and it was all just a trick to get you to alert the statue that there was something to shoot at...

We all know how tactical you can be. Sure, I have my weaknesses, but are you trying to imply that you don't? Near the valley, your god's protection wont help you, and since I'm defending, I'll have the advantage of both numbers and fortification. This can only go badly for you, and I'd hate to have to follow you home when I inevitably send you running with your tails (You have tails, right? Otherwise, all this trash talking has failed, and I'm sad.) between your legs.

(Last roll. Sorry, when I made Retech GM, I made other plans before I realised he had to go. It's all been a very large trainwreck, but hopefully I can arrange it so we have both D&D and Dungeoneering tommorow.) Earth- You are hit with a blast of force magic. Grim- You heat yourself for several seconds, but the unnatural cold here pierces even magic warmth. The lights appear to be torches. There are humanoid figures standing around them. Igos- "Yes, I am. Although we're busy trying to organise the remnants, I'll help you in any way I can. After all, you did allow us to take refuge here." "Most of those are the corrupt nobles. Abusing their position to gain power and wealth, before the city was destroyed. now they leech off of what's left of us." Hakon- You are hit with a blast of force magic. Kemios- Nothing happens at all. Kirby- "We'll give you supplies, but nobody here wants to take another step into that damned desert." Nexaduro- Any animals which would be arriving have been scared off by the sudden tremor of metal being drawn out of the ground. You create an iron chainvest, but you didn't get any white or gold metals.

My god is growing in power due to the oracle. To be honest, he may be able to directly compete with yours soon.
-
Manifest Destiny
Heh. We'll see. I believe I have more favour than you because of the oracle though,

Dungeoneering
Earth- You are blasted with a bolt of force magic. Grim- As you exit the hall, an unnatural cold fills your bones. You are in the middle of a blizzard, and you see many lights in all directions, off in the distance. Kirby- "Basically, from what we've read in these ruins, somewhere in this desert is another ruined city. Inside that city is supposed to be an artifact, that, if placed on a pedestal in one of the lower sanctums, will return the place to life. None of us are strong enough to face the desert, so we were hoping you would be able to do it..." Hakon- You are hit with a blast of force magic. Kemios- Sorry, this is one of those "Solve or die" puzzles. Think outside the box. You pause for a second to think about the absurdity of the voices in your head. Nexaduro- There are no animals there. They would need time to be drawn to the clearing. Igos- There are several of them. Some are dressed in a golden robe, others in a cyan and crimson one. One of the stouter looking men has a suit of paladin's armour on.

Dungeoneering
Grim- You look around and see a misty hall, with a single exit at the end. Hakon- There is no secret button. Kirby- The array seems to be a teleportation spell. As you leave the ruins, the people there ask you to wait. "Well, we were wondering if maybe you could do us a favour? We've long since given up hope of getting out of here, but we have devised a plan to bring life back to this wasteland. Would you hear it?" Earth- You safely climb up. The same cannt be said for the skeletons, who were shaken apart. Igos- There appear to be several of the Caster military, as well as a few nobles. Some of the Ikanian citizens seem rather annoyed that the people who destroyed their original hometown have taken up residence. Nexaduro- You create an enchanted natural area. It would attract animals, but does nothing to ward off humans. Then again, nobody would pass this way in the first place, since its in the middle of the forest. Rocco- The statue hits you back with a strong bolt of force magic.
-
Dungeoneering
Kirby- "That's the same damned array that bought us here as well." Grim- You finally get through the door. You are now in a large, misty room, made of ice. Hakon- It appears that it is coincidence. Earth- You find a set of climbing blocks. Nexaduro- You create a vine, though you fail to see why animals would come here instead of remaining in the forest.

So be it. Just remember that your gods intervention will be severely limited while in the valley, and mine's will be more powerful. In addition to my earlier post, the Scathe try to develop an oily coating which is resistant to fire. They ask for Incabulos' help with this.

Dungeoneering
Done, sorry. PS. Nex, can you stop ignoring people asking about stuff? You've been asked twice if you wanted to make a character for D&D, but you haven't responded.
