Heh, this looks pretty fun. Might keep me distracted while doing coursework till 3:00 AM. I'll make up another character soon.
  2. It's most definately a lie. Anyways, to create a shield capable of blocking the divine power of creation from the plane of fire, you'd need to have some bloody powerful magic up your sleeve. By which I mean like level 30-35.
  3. Well, at your current skill, you would attempt to open a portal with a very slim chance of success, and then that portal would more than likely proceed to drag out a fire diety or spirit which would be incredibly pissed off at you for summoning it while it was sleeping, or just annihilate everything (Yourself included) in a 50 metre radius.
  4. Considering I'm choking on coursework, no. There will be one tommorow and saturday though, hopefully.
  5. The graphics are good, considering it was released about a decade ago, and it isn't a board game.
  6. It's based on D&D, point and click. The only genre it could possibly fit is RPG. The thing that makes it good is the aurora toolset, which allows players to make their own modules and campaigns. Also, it's Neverwinter Nights, not Knights.
  7. Regardless, you will in all likelihood die if you try it.
  8. Because it will. You can't fly through enemies with a spiked helmet, it's just stupid. Also, ICU, you have a decent character on NWN, right? I just downloaded a pretty good module, and thought you might want to join in. PM me for the NWNvault links.
  9. You will, at best, be able to cast a rather weak spell in flight using that method. Sure, you're a bit faster, but is it worth it? Also, flying through enemies will get you killed.
  10. I'd go for crossbow. A Cranequin is hard to create, and Mather's gun has some drawbacks which haven't been seen yet (You basically got increased power in exchange for them.) Also, this is the same as with Umbra, but if you use force magic to fly, you must concentrate on that and that alone, disabling any magic attack or defense you may need to use.
  11. Wrong. It will cancel out some types of magic, not all. Nex has already seen one of the golems methods of attacking, and it hits physically using magic. Except you still can't summon anything due to the heart of glades. Abuse of the system. Your levels are not high enough to attract any members though. Because we all know what happened last time you tried that. Even with access to hammerspace, one cannot carry around a ballista. Which drain the power of your other spells. JESUS CHRIST PEOPLE STOP BEING MUNCHKINS. I'm almost glad I didn't have time to run a full session tonight. Anyways, my brain is pretty much over, so ciao.
  12. Y'know, I think I've learnt more from Archi's physics rants than I have in an entire year of physics lessons. Heh.
  13. Sorry, but I have a lot of coursework to do. I'll ask Archi if he wants to GM, but if he doesn't it shan't be running tonight, and probably not tommorow either.
  14. But it wont prove true because testing it would be so ludicrously difficult that it is near impossible, let alone unfeasible. And I have no idea the amount of power it would use, but I would estimate somewhere between "Too much" and "Holy [bleep]". Destabilising a person into light? Oh please. Next!
  15. Completely unproven and purely speculative theory. You aren't building atoms out of light any time soon, and the energy required to do so if it were possible would likely be enormous.
  16. (I be out, stuffs to do) I scan the arena.
  17. I request a new enemy.
  18. I refuse. Bring on my next foe.
  19. No.
  20. Machines don't use magic. I blast the polterguist again.
  21. I blast the polterguist again.
  22. Me and pies are alternating (Possibly the others with new games too), since GMing every day is pretty exhausting.
  23. I blast the polterguist with a medium laser while avoiding thrown objects.
  24. Polterguist it is then. Well what the hell do I do now? I proceed to spin around and fire randomly.
  25. I proceed to scan the area around me, and when something comes near, shoot it just as it's about to hit nme, before pretending to be defeated. If something else flies at me, I will quickly shoot it with the weak laser.
