Lol, the responses are all haywire, because you called it barbarian fishing. There are TWO types of barbarian fishing, heavy rod and fishing in barbarian village... Clearly, you mean fishing in barbarian village, buy some people think you mean heavy rod. It is indeed fastest fishing in barbarian village in free to play, shilo village is MEMBERS so you can't accesss it, and heavy rod fishing is also MEMBERS. So, pretty much, just fish in barbarian village. Or lumbridge if you get tired of barbarian village.

Alright, i really didn't want to respond to this.....There was a guide somewhere, but i can't find it, so no other way. You better thank me :P Equipment BEFORE you go: -knife -10-20 feathers/bait -games necklace (just wear it) First, use your games necklace to get to the barbarian outpost, head straight south until you get to a giant mountain, go past the little pier until you see a little house with an anvil next to it. Inside is the guy you talk to, talk to him about barbarian fishing (breeze through the chat if you want to), then search the bed right next to him near the table inside the house. You will get a heavy rod, start fishing and it'll automatically use up all your bait/feathers in your invintory. Whatever you do, don't bring more than 26....its pointless. After getting a whole invintory of fish, use our knife on them, some will fall to pieces, some will give you roe, some will give you offcuts, some will give you caviar, some will give you both. Keep fishing, it'll automatically switch to offcuts after you've used up all your feathers/bait. Fish, until you have a full invintory of roe/caviar and a giant stack of offcuts (i hope). Just drop your offcuts, now you have 1 free space and the rest are roe/caviar. Now start fishing, and it'll automatically switch to useing roe, after all the roe is used, it'll switch to caviar. Once you have used all your roe and caviar, cut the fish to get more offcuts and roe and/or caviar. Just keep fishing until you have a full invintory of roe/caviar and then just drop the offcuts, repeat. I'm not going to format this..just read and understand.

I think he was just giving an example that even if you were innocent and you still recieved a black mark, they won't check into it in detail.

firemaking isn't totally pointless. Theres pyreing, some quests use it, its cool when you burn magic logs, and the cape looks cool.

weird, why does everyone have to prepare for something. I have 250 quest points, and the most i've ever prepared for a fight is, whats the best attack against it (range, melee, magic), then i put on what i can muster from my bank and then i find the closest fishing spot, lmfao. I only ever die once in a quest, for rfd, i ran in there with the worst junk armor and spells ever, and it still only took me 2 tries. (took me 2 tries because the first time i had cakes....ran out and had to run on the second to last one.)

You got hardcore stats. Just do what you want really...Just learn to save your money and learn to focus on what your doing. Join the unofficial tip.it chat, or listen to music (itunes radio section is ftw) or just help people on this forum. Take breaks if you feel stressed, but don't stop.

DO NOT QUIT man, you've gotten this far already, what if you get another level 3 clue, u'd just be twice as discouraged. Finish the quest, bring like a whip and sharks, nothing else and show that boss whos boss. Come on, don't give up.

Your stats..are amazing...How'd you die?! (sorry if this makes you feel worse) Um.....i really don't see how you died, i did it at level 86 with swordfish and almost died myself, but still managed to pull it off. Maybe, post your equipment and we can see what you did wrong if you want to try again.

You should really use bronze knives instead of iron...only a +1 ranged attack difference. Definately do yaks if you can, otherwise, mossies above argodoune or caged ogres.
