Defender for sure. Also dfs is not needed for nechs/gargs/hounds Bunyip and maybe 5 pineapple pizzas is more then enough. I use an sgs so I dont even need food. I Tank dark beasts with defender and Dont even use a pray pot with unicorn and sgs. DFS really isnt needed on any slayer task at all. the +2 str will at most and not even always increase your max by 1. defender is waaaaay better for slayer. It stacks with 15% bonus so your getting a much more accurate whip. Though I enjoy my dfs at mith drags and wyverns. And tanking with my void.

add 99 range, summon and prayer and your set =]

there are no requirements. though I would suggest starting at 70 attack with a whip to make things much easier on you

Just keep in the bank. I have 2 abyssal heads, 1 basilisk, 1 crawling hand, 1 cockatrice in the bank lol. I plan to finish the collection off 1 day and then eventually mount em all =]

By products of skilling you would normally get. You can make more money then junk in an hour so it is inefficient. Though I use terrorbirds I make off summoning as junk, fire runes off slayer (takes weeks to sell on ge) and other random things I just obtain from what im doing.

making junk is inefficient and slower then making real money. Either skill alot and use the by-product you would normally get, or just sell it at max imo

Think of it this way Save the bones for 350% exp (you say you dont care about. you may one day but thats not the point) if you dont care about the exp, bones are aout 2k ea. So thats like leaving a hide on the floor every kill by burying it. Think about it ;)

I think they said after the new year there will be a quest for the phoenix. I believe its a familar but not 100%. though sadly I think if its quest related and a familar, it will probly be mid-low level and will not be that good <_<. though thats only my speculation and its completely unfounded :P

SS is not owned by obby sword and zerker necklace. D scim however is. SS is the best non controlled way to train strength, and there is no comparison to it at the moment (non controlled)

About the question reguarding obby sword with black mask. Yes they stack, and yes it dominates d scim. Guthans if you want but food is better. All tasks should be doable with food only, and guthans will only slow you down. but its your choice. Im anti-guthans other people are pro-guthans Black mask is your #1 priority. Dont start slaying without one Use sumona until you have enough points to block duradels trash then use him

if you mean attack style. You use stab (lunge) for str training

D full has always been a status symbal. like phats and 3rd age is. The problem is now its not longer a status symbol as they are common and the price is crashing. Jagex really messed up on this one =\ They should be corrupt if anything as a drop

Banshees are bad exp, but you will get lots of pure ess/herbs. But fast task so fast slayer points so it balances out. same with cave crawlers The mighty banshees are pretty bad though in my opinion How are rings a waste of money? 1 ring = 1 gold bar and 1 gem. So like 200 gp or so for 8 uses. Thats like 25 gp a use lol very cost efficient. its faster then fairy rings so its worth it in some situations Slayer points are very easy to obtain. I have like 5000 of them. 300 points for the rings is nothing really, I say its worth it after your blocks and slayer helm

some problems with your calculations. you arent smelting non stop, your running to bank and back half the time its only around 50k an hour or so smelting steel bars. I think its 400-450 bars an hour or something

yeah its definately true. I had a 1 off task when I first tested my sgs lol. I had so many 50-60 hits it wasnt even funny. But ever since its just been mediocre at best. the whip is the clear winner after I had a few more tasks of testing =]

then just dont take sgs. Just brews/restores

for caves you will be wearing v helm, skirt and dhide top. and no guthans just brew/restore. borrow an sgs if you want

the best method trust me on this. Death altar teles WHIP IS KING HERE. after further testing i have proven whip to superior to gs. This is off 10+ trips of trying both You will be tanking in bandos armor, rune defender and unicorn with sgs support. Slayer Helm Fury Bandos chest/tassets Whip Defender D boots Barrows gloves Zerker ring/ your choice of ring Summoned unicorn Set up: SGS 3 super sets 2 unicorn pouch scrolls crystal trinket 3 prayer pots (sometimes I dont even use 1) 1 super restore (as a ppot/summon pot) 1 Death tele 3 Pineapple pizzas (the come in handy) Slayer ring if you wish Rest empty slots for charms/drops This is very cost efficient and the fastest non piety way to kill beasts. You will be relying on unicorn till you are out of summon energy then specing with sgs. then when you are out of spec, pray till u can unicorn again, then sgs spec etc etc. Usually I use 1 ppot a trip and the restore half way. the +6 str of bandos helps and YOu will save 100k+ a task not praying. DFS is not needed to tank, defender does good EDIT: just remember to reflip the mirror after your task each time.
