I wouldnt say I am an expert but I am pretty decent due to using Shiek.. Err, it's not hard to airdodge or shield really, you have to be predictible, and rolling backwards is a good idea too, it has kinda limited range. Rolling forward is kinda good too but it also depends if your opponent is predictible or not. Does he/she explode it in your face or further away? Good character (possibly) against that is Lucas/Ness. I haven't tested it, mostly because I suck with them, but use their down B before it explodes. (Energy shield) If it works, you'll be healed instead of hurt.
