Help me designing My guitar! - tools: upto 3 diff colours!--
Licky Kat replied to woopidoo2's topic in Art and Media
A who? or a what? what the heck is a Fender Plektrum? excuse me for my ignorance to that. -
I will be making free signatures upon request. I may or may not be able to complete your request, please allow me the time I will need. I will NOT be making pixel signatures because well, to put it bluntly I am not good at them. I have only "finished" the one that I use as a sig and it took me over a week cause quite frankly I am not that skilled when it comes to drawing. I will need to know 1. What size you want the sig 2. what you want the sig to say 3. what color(s) you would prefer 4. Any picture? (would be helpful if you post the render you want in the sig) If you do not have a picture of the render you want, then please try to give me details so I can find it. To be quite honest, when people want a sig to say a lot of things it gets TOO cluttered, but that's just my personal opinion. Here is a preview of my signatures: http://katlittle.googlepages.com/home Waiting list:

I collect the kebabs from drunk dwarfs. I used to collect the beers too, but I gave them all to a friend so they could use the glasses for brewing

sorry I did not have time to read 8 pages of replies, but as to the original post http://www.cnn.com/2006/TECH/science/04 ... ence.reut/ MIAMI, Florida (Reuters) -- The New Testament says that Jesus walked on water, but a Florida university professor believes there could be a less miraculous explanation -- he walked on a floating piece of ice. Professor Doron Nof also theorized in the early 1990s that Moses's parting of the Red Sea had solid science behind it. Nof, a professor of oceanography at Florida State University, said on Tuesday that his study found an unusual combination of water and atmospheric conditions in what is now northern Israel could have led to ice formation on the Sea of Galilee. Nof used records of the Mediterranean Sea's surface temperatures and statistical models to examine the dynamics of the Sea of Galilee, which Israelis know now as Lake Kinneret. The study found that a period of cooler temperatures in the area between 1,500 and 2,600 years ago could have included the decades in which Jesus lived. A drop in temperature below freezing could have caused ice -- thick enough to support a human -- to form on the surface of the freshwater lake near the western shore, Nof said. It might have been nearly impossible for distant observers to see a piece of floating ice surrounded by water. Nof said he offered his study -- published in the April edition of the Journal of Paleolimnology -- as a "possible explanation" for Jesus' walk on water. "If you ask me if I believe someone walked on water, no, I don't," Nof said. "Maybe somebody walked on the ice, I don't know. I believe that something natural was there that explains it." "We leave to others the question of whether or not our research explains the biblical account." When he offered his theory 14 years ago that wind and sea conditions could explain the parting of the Red Sea, Nof said he received some hate mail, even though he noted that the idea could support the biblical description of the event. And as his theory of Jesus' walk on ice began to circulate, he had more hate mail in his e-mail inbox. "They asked me if I'm going to try next to explain the resurrection," he said. Copyright 2006 Reuters. ------------------ I can believe it more than I can it was just water with nothing else.

After a week of playing Runescape, while mining in Al Kharid, a Friend of mine pointed out that there was a "mining camp" in the southern desert. He said he was going to go check it out. (We thought it might be another guild). 5 minutes later he pms me saying "I can't get there, its in a members only area" I told him not to worry that when my husband got home from work I would sign up for members and go check it out to let him know what it was. So... needless to say, Hubby comes home, I sign up for members, I go to Shantry... I buy new pretty white robes, and boots.. buy a pass and go into the desert. I start wandering around and finally come to the gate of the "mining camp" only to find out that I can't get in because its for a quest. So I start heading back to shantry only to get lost, and start dying of thirst. When I finally get back to Shantry pass, I die right before I get out of the desert losing all my money and my pretty new robes. I can't remember the exact level I was, other than mid 20s... Oh the joys of being new to a game...

http://www.simon.com/giftcard/ That I believe would work just like a credit card (making the cheaper payment option avalible for those under 18). Just ask your parents to buy one (with your money if you pay for yourself). The Simon Giftcard provides more flexibility and more choices. You can redeem your gift card at any Simon Mall, at most every retailer, and anywhere that Visa Debit Cards are accepted. These gift cards provide the ultimate in choice. Can I give the Simon Giftcard to someone under the age of 18? Yes, you can give the Simon Giftcard to anyone 13 years of age or older.

You could have also taken him around the edge of the mountain (many people forget that there is a safe path around the lower edge of it cause its longer than going on the mountain). I do agree it was rude of him though.

Is there something wrong with doing such? I think that people SHOULD BE proud of their own work, not matter what others think of it. The sig is not bad imho, although the font should blend a little more, the size is fine (in my eyes).
-
I really like the background made by Tjbartz2009, better (for this specific sig) than I do my own. But I like the font on mine better (bloodgutter 99) incase ya wanna download it! edit: I have made another version for you to choose from... Still not real sure how I would get the animation to look right on the text, sorry.

ok rate my first not pixle.....pretty crappy but....w/e

Assuming you are using photoshop... open a new file, make sure the colors are set to default and go filter render clouds... then make new layers and brush in black and white (you can find brushes just about anywhere, but try deviantart) then to add color use 2 or 3 color balance layers (one for shadows one for highlights one for midtones) and do filter render clouds on each of them... (one of the many ways to make a simple, yet more detailed background) -
or or without scanlines I was going to try one with the other grim render I showed you but I think this one looks better. Although I am not too sure about the font, but other than that how do you like it? Would you like the font changed? Or anything else? I can not add animation to the text, but if someone can, feel free to have them do it.
-
As you know I am working on a couple versions for you to choose from. I will post them soon, although I am not sure if I can get the text to be animated dripping and keep it under 30kb in size.

I believe it was changed to Regular Basilisk. There are no baby basilisks... The fix was put in this morning I think.

Tip.It Times Presents: The Not-So-New God in Town
Licky Kat replied to oddfaery2's topic in General Discussion
I personally believe it is fiction. I see no reason for everyone to get mad if it is fiction. I also do not see how the editor was irresponsible for publishing it. It was for entertainment purposes! -
Can I vote for Keldagrim? The dwarf city? No nevermind I actually think it should be Lumbridge (since that's where the game starts, it has the guide, and lots of other things to help newbies (real new players). Or Varrock due to the fact that it has two banks, a rich part of town and a poor part of town, and Gertrude lives right by it with her wonderful cats!
