For smithing you could superheat mith. I did that when i got 69 smithing and when prices were right I was profiting like 10gp per mith bar I made.

While superheating mith you will actually make money or have a very minimal loss. With all non combat spells you will gain the same amount of experience no matter what items you alc or superheat. Try doing iron ores -> bars -> knives to raise your smithing. edit: do not superheat iron. buy rings of forging an smelt the bars at a furnace.

Lose the dragon med and swith to a Berserker helmet or a helmet of neitiznot. Get a rune defender instead of obby shield. Well it could only go one of two ways. 1) Ashes are indeed the second for the phoenix and they rise to 50 each thus you get back 10X what you put in. (ashes do seem as if they would be the second but who knows the second may come from the event that you can do each day). 2) the ashes arent the second and you lose out of 5 mil because the ashes wont sell. Thats because if you melee Irons you should only do it on slayer task with super sets and a black mask. You should pray melee and wear proselyte/initiate, also make sure you bring antifires and prayer pots/super restores.
