Who has more money?
I would say p2p for sure, the average f2p abandoned account didn't make it past tutorial island whereas a rich retired staker/pker could easily have a few phats and top notch weapons and such

Why eat/pray at all? (Honest Question)
184 you eat because you dont want to loose your 20mil worth of equipment, simple as that and if your opponent didn't bring any then either he wants to transfer stuff or is a total noob PKer

pinpoint spells
Well one of the things that gets me sort of mad is when your about to KO your opponent but then he digs into a large pile of tuna potato and your back to step one, beat the brains out of him. Well I was thinking, since there is a spell for locking your enemy in place why not have a spells for such things as jamming prayer, where you could prevent your target from switching their current prayer for 15 or so seconds or indigestion where you couldn't eat for 15 seconds. What are your thoughs on this?

MUST WATCH: UPDATE: Holland considers virtual theft a crime
actually there was another similar case in which a 17 year old boy reported to the police that his game had been hacked. The officer started explaining that there was no valid case but the boy then showed him a website where items of his value and virtual currency were available for purchase with money.

Jagex Attempting to Stop Monopolies?
honestly I think there should be no trade limits at all, if this were the case more people would need/want to go kill monsters to get the really powerful weapons/armor/other but in order to do that they will need good food and to get good food you need people who fish and the people who fish want to sell their stuff for a good price. Now if your using magic there is still expensive armor to buy and if you want to train you will need runes and for runes you need runecrafters or if your alching runecrafters and woodcutters and fletchers, not to mention fishers and people with a high enough cooking level to cook the food. Now much of the same goes for range as well. Also players will want various potions and for that you will need players with a high herblore level. All in all this is what makes the economy go round, high level players going out and "making" the finished product and eventually that money trickles back to the people who sold their food/potions/whetever. Now if you say "you can only buy a few of these and some of that then some people won't want to say, go out and fish because their prices are going down so that means that monster hunters don't go out and kill dangerous monsters because it is no longer profitable" and that means that nobody buys say runes anymore or nobody needs higher magic levels so just like that runecrafters woodcutters and fletchers arn't getting money. Also trade limits, well, limit the things you can do because if you need 15 godswords because you are selling them back at a higher price or just want a stockpile of them then you are entitled to buy them. Also there is a constand demand for high level armor/weaopns because if you died in a tragic accident at a monster cave somewhere then you need new armor to replace it. All in all trade limits are actually hurting the economy for everyone.

-
time is money
so whats the best way to train range? knives, darts, short/longbow, throwing axes, javalins, chinchopas, what?
-
time is money
Well I receltly lost over 1 mil worth of equipment due to extreme lag  and I want to start earning some back and I have several methods that I know to work but time is of the essence and I need my cash fast so I give you some options mining pure essence lobbies: my fishing level is 65 swordfish/tuna:again, fishing 65 enchanting sapphire necklaces fletching ruby bolts yew longbows smelting iron/steel bars cutting yews: my woodcutting is 76 any other ideas would be greatly appreciated and if one of these ways is more profitable then others in a smaller amount of time then please tell me. One thing I havn't mentioned so far is that i have 55 range and the stats required to enter the GWD, my defense is 61 and so are my hitpoints so if avansies is would be profitable then tell me. Thanks

those poor Pkers
I managed to get the items fine and make profit as well, but I placed my orders before i went to school and didn't play until 10:30 that night
-
those poor Pkers
As did many, many players when pvp worlds came out, I tryed my hand at pking for the first time in a long while, it was the most fun I had had in runescape since the old wildy, all in all a total blast. Well my luck turned sour after I had just finished off someone with full drag armor and for about 500k worth of stuff all without being skulled. Well after my 2 seconds of feeling super awesome I was K.O'd by a godsword by someone in full bandos...ouch! Well having just lost roughly 1 mil worth of equipment I felt the need to gather some money and heard the many cries of "buying dds max price" and "buying sharks max price" an idea hit me, running weapons of all sorts between pkers and the GE. So far today I have made 300k off of selling dds, 200k off sharks and 150k off rune scimitars. THe point of this thread is to post any similar experiences and the cash you made, happy price gouging.

ghosts
but I don't carry black d'hide around when I go to train slayer at fire giants, I wear mele gear. so I don't have the good magic defense bonus and thusly am forced to defend from their more deadly magic attacks
