To be honest I have never had a party in Runescape but I have attended them. I would only really ever have one if I got a 99 worth celebrating like agility, runecrafting, slayer, maxing or 200m in a skill, but saying that It would most likely just be the friends online at the time. All in all I think they are pretty ridiculous when help for "1600 total level!" or "My Birthday".

If your plans are to get all 99 in the long run, why not just use control with the whip?

No matter what you do in construction you get the same exp per plank type, it's a matter of which build takes the most planks.

1. Cancel all tasks you hate. 2. Slayer helm 3. Ring of Slaying 4. Points. ^That's the best to do for slayer in the long run.

Try getting some exp rates and gp loss over the hour at different levels, like 50 then 60 then 70 etc. I would help people make the switch.

To be perfectly honest, delete woodcutting. There is no way in hell that those tests are fair, i'm sorry. 40k on yews and 45k on willows? yer, at 99 woodcutting and 30 woodcutting. I would also suggest you add teaks as if you can get 40k on willows by your results you should get over 100k from them (70-80k in reality). Re-do the rates trying to get them at the same woodcutting level with the same amount of attention payed you can not tell people that yews are almost the same as willows or all idiots will believe you and will never be persuaded otherwise.

An item that is discontinued will always be high in price if the desire for the item is there. I think right now most people do not want a party hat or a santa hat as they would rather spend their cash on skills, armour or most likely making more by merchanting it.

I think there would be two different situations for the gf/bf thing that plays out mainly in f2p worlds. The first being most of these players would be 10-12 only just understanding the term or just hearing of it and wanting a friend in-game. I do not believe that they want anything sexual or romantic from it, just a good friend that they give special names. The other perspective would be from the more mature players or p2p players. They would see this as a game and I believe find the idea of forming a relationship over a game ludicrous or perhaps insulting. I don't see it as a problem, just think a maturity thing that everyone would have had some experience with.

2/10, no real significance in the level except for the spirit familiars. But seriously, why post this when you know it will be locked as more and more people start flaming?

I would say that with an Item like the whip that can be used always and should be always kept in your bank (in my opinion) what you pay for it is not the same as what it's worth.

Nice guide and information but I would think the best exp for farming with profit would be to rc nats at 91+ whilst planting mages, yews, calquats etc.

Nice guide, the information is there but a few things should be moved around/added in my opinion. One being split it apart, to shim through it really is one giant chunk of text which can be off putting. And two, I would suggest adding broad arrows method as it is the fastest fletching exp in-game at the moment, for those who want 99 in a few days and don't mind loosing a bit of cash. Good luck getting the minor things tweaked.
