yea i dont like stereotyping in RS. i mean, im lvl 94, and the 99 i want is mining. and thats a pretty tedious one. not going for an easy one first, only cuz theres no point, seeing as its not as special since almost everyone has it. u cant call me average, infact, im one of the few who enjoys mining on a daily basis. everyone has their own quirks

yes, but it doesnt affect their rewards points. they just get 0 points at end of game.

i got bored so w/e... it does take the fun out, but oh well....ill share the love since itll probably be fixed soon. u need 2 people. you both make catalytic or elemental runes, and then one guy gives it to the other guy. that guy deposits the runes, and the guy who gave his runes withdraws, and then gives to the depositer to do it again. just do that for the whole game and youll get many points very fast.

for me it depends on the skill and the "popularity". like, look at the number of people with 99 in that skill, and then determne whether that person has a high lvl in it based on the high scores. for example, ~1.5k people have 99 mining. but many have 80+. so I'd say anyone in the top 10k of mining has a high lvl. to me it depends on their exp and the difficulty of the skill itself to train, not the lvl itself. now look at fletching. about 50k people have 99 in that, so I don't see any lvl in it high since it's so common and fairly easy, cheap, and fast to train compared to most other 99s

yes, and why not get exp for gathering? u get exp for combat. ur tellny me I'm wasting 20min mining a rock with no reward towards that skill? u use the lvl to mine, right? u should get exp on the other hand, seeing as points are so easy to come by, exp would be insane unless it were like 100 exp per 5k points and even then itd be toooo easy

you remember the granite [bleep]e? even though that was obviously jagex's doing, that was insane, but dumb cuz granite is pointless (chunks anyways) and it is now worthless, and even though i think corrupt items are dumb too, the med wont go lower than reg d med.

check this out: now, i know corrupted drag med helm isnt worth more than d med, especially since it "dies" after 30min of WEARING (not even combat). i also took a look at the other PVP items, and most of them rose (none as much as the d med, but the chain did rise 150k). can anyone shed light on what is going on? what makes non-member dragon gear (med mainly, but all the drag weaps too) more valuable than the "real deal"? weaps i can see, because theyre better than rune, but the d med is terrible, and pointless since it only lasts 30min, in my opinion.

cb 94 total 1256 total: i sold everything cept 1 item im waiting to go up to 3.5m 7.1m cash, so about 10.6m total. not very rich. but ill b happy and make decent money mining rune with 85-99 mining :)

TB100%H, i take happiness in training mining. just constant training it. i even went as far as to sell everything of worth in my bank (so i dont lose money and distractions with training and w/e) and now all im gunna do is no life mining until i get 99. after that ill be completely happy, knowing i achieved 99 in a skill that most think impossible to achieve, and as my first too. after im finished selling everything of value, ill have around 10-11m. not a lot. but, actually, when i walk around with money in my inventory wondering what to do, i say "wow this is dumb, i might as well drop it in fally" because i dont see a point in buying stuff that might lose value later on.
