uhm...for one, since your skills are ohh so close, get base 80 (in the ones you can currently train), which is only 2 skills. mining and RC.

i think it varies person to person. some people might think a 2nd 99 would be easier. not me. i dont take any joy in any other skill cept the one i love, so i couldnt really get 99 in any others :?
