And as for masks I'd say around 25.000 . I remember when they dropped it, me and a mate named shumli hoarded ALL DAY, as they dropped them at same time every 60 minutes for the whole night/day. since the christmas cracker drop, jagex realized that people were angry about not getting drops because of not being there at the right time. when crackers were dropped they didnt drop all day or for a week or however jagex does it today. that, and pumpkins, were only drops that didnt get taken seriously at the time, it wasn't about hoarding all the rares u could get for future use in 2007, that, and there were about 99% less players in 2001, so not as many droppings were required. with that stated, when you guess , bear in mind that pumpkins and crackers weren't mainstream and ppl didnt really care about them (i pk'ed and trained for a day on pumpkins). so the amount is considerably less than ie. masks . .. why did i write this

what about disc of returning? how did they get 500 santa's?`bought? i only managed 102 when they dropped =; :wink:

in 2001 I got 4 fps on my bad computer. with the "f1" function I could max out at 7-8 fps, f1 function being the low detail version at the time. after that I always used f1 function and low detail function :P my computer can run it in high detail tho but no ty!! :P

Well.. dunno when it went wrong, but the guards used to interrupt you if u attacked another player in towns where guards were. used to have a few friends to take guards while concentrating on the victim.

Dunno if this has been posted. But Rune Armor was originally PURPLE. Provided only Rune large and r2h was made when it was purple. And only time u could see it was if either andrew or paul were online with it on.

Dude, what are those houses about? would have been cool if JaGeX really put them in the game, that you could buy a house on a particular server :D Well, they had put them in the game.. You could walk around the fence which held you out of the POH. And that was it. Many events used to be held beside the POH gate. Too bad, it would have been a lot more realistic that the POH are now I haven't seen the POH now, frankly I'm not interested to find out. The charm of standing at that fence looking as far as the 2d screen allowed you, kind of lost its charm some time ago. Somewhere between the making of r2h's and the cursed pest control.. :x :x :x

If your account name has that many damn numbers after it, I highly doubt you're very "old school". And don't try to say you had a different account back then or else you would have initially said so. I played rs1 myself, but I only reached ~73 combat before rs2 so I can hardly consider myself to be one of the longer playing Scapers. Numbers often have meaning behind them, unles its 123456..
