What the second question tells me (that we ned a 75% vote for tradeables to remain tradeable) is that Jagex still remembers how they changed holiday items from tradeable to untradeable in the first place, which is why they're going for this to try to avoid the same scenario happening again.

Yes votes for question 2 are being displayed at 75%, rounded from the actual figure of 74.62%. Wonder if this will affect the outcome lol.

Funny part is that by the time they're done bringing older areas up-to-date, those graphical updates at the start of their project are already outdated. Just can't win without getting a big enough budget for graphic updates, which isn't going to happen either.
