  1. I think you can only interact with warbands 3 times a day.
  2. Maybe the factor of uncertainty (wilderness) puts people off? Even with all those FCs there's always that hanging risk, I guess.
  3. Nope, only on high risk worlds.
  4. Cave horrors at 90, ugh... Good to know, very useful post man :)
  5. There's a good reason why PvM can always be worth it.
  6. How about POP boots/gloves as offensive variants?
  7. They should be quite fine for you, with 70+ defence and barrows gear. The level 70s barely hit on rune as it is, and the 92s not often.
  8. Yeah, it is. Really? I've literally never seen that happened when I've done trading on W2 =S 1. Get into a trade with someone. 2. Click the "Trade" tab. 3. Have your "Public" tab set to On and not Hide.
  9. They expressed regret that they didn't word the F2P world thing well enough in Poll #1, and wanted to absolutely make it clear to people about what they were voting for, hence the do-over in this poll.
  10. Question 8 proving to be the stickiest one at the time of posting, with only 55% voting Yes. Others that have not crossed the threshold include Question 6 (world login queue) and Question 4 (camera rotation with middle mouse).
  11. It would turn them into the only monster that you can't just wail away on until they die. It's sort of similar to the mechanic they used on the Pest Queen and Sigmund, where stunning them interrupts their gimmick. Perhaps they could change the other two kinds so that you couldn't avoid the earthquakes without using that trick. You can block TD attacks by prayer switching, dodge Glacor attacks by simply side-stepping, so what's wrong with allowing you to stop Automaton attacks by simply using a stun ability? You trade off a damaging ability (unless you're using Destroy), and in turn you know you're going to be safe from the quake attack for how ever few seconds a stun lasts (like, all of one attack round). It'd actually encourage more intelligent ability use rather than just spam spam spam till dead. In any case the ability to kick them to avoid wasting maybe 5 seconds on the quake attack is hardly going to cause the gloves to crash hard, that was already done by increasing a well-balanced drop rate and being able to get to them in 5 seconds. why are we even discussing this on the BTS thread?
  12. derp You can use the HTML5 beta to play on the current servers So that you can beta test a beta test!
  13. Yeah, prayer bonus saves you on losing too much if you leave the prayers on for too long. The first tick of prayer is always free, and if it continues to be active it starts draining prayer points. You can lose points eventually after doing 2 tick flicks long enough. You can verify this in EOC where prayer drain is much more visible.
  14. I'm getting no prayer loss whenever I flick, no matter how often. You're really keeping your prayer on only for a single tick and nothing more? And yeah, prayer is still tracked to decimals.
  15. Interesting looking channel, to say the least. This search caught me first: TNPW watch the video and comment on what you've learnt.
  16. What exactly is the maximum amount of spice (or any resource for that matter) that you can have? 250 trade goods, 200000 port resources.
  17. People don't break ice prisons at all anymore? :P I think it's a bat wand.
  18. Finally managed to roll a chi mission today (I swear the Occultist is the rarest adventurer or something ...), and scored enough chi to craft the superior ss hood, finishing all 3 superior sets. Only took what, almost 4 months? Lol.
  19. Dat world of grown ups. Gotta have morning coffee else you become a zombie.
  20. So how would this work for new players? most of runescape has given up on doing dungeoneering because of it's "better results if you team up" forced skill (and also they have their share of chaotics, 99 or 120/maxed), and if you're new or one of those who havent gotten to that point, it IS slow, and painful, and hair-splitting. Unless jagex finaly realise that EXP AS A WHOLE and tokens, should be boosted, both for multi and single, it's going to be a skill people will hate to grind, much like prayer was before the introduction of Gilded Altars. They've already upped XP gain on low levelled dungeoneering ages ago, upped XP rates on solo dungeoneering, and generally made it way faster thanks to poor balancing in the EOC. How much faster does a skill that gives access to a host of useful equipment need to be?
  21. Come on, that's honestly an overreaction lol. Not likely many people meleed automatons either when it's far easier/hassle-free to use range or mage, especially since you can get the melee ones stuck.
  22. Staff from the character creation screen. Kind of like the Jester stick item. How is he in the GE with it? Idk.
