Junk isn't an issue. It reflects the REAL price, not the GE's price because it is not updated yet. Well anyways, any investor will know that Junk reflects the demand of an item. If the Item can not be bought at max in GE, the Item is going up and then other's will just hype the item up with junk most of the time and sell it with junk because people are willing to buy more than the GE price. If there are a lot of people junk trading we can just cash in on the oppurtiunity of whatever item it is, and invest in it.

Naw it isn't. Nothing changed AT ALL. Besides the trade limit and now in BH you can attack anyone. But think of it like this, you can still PK, you can still stake (at least the mains, gooooooooodbye pure's!). My friend still stakes and says he makes anywhere from 100-800K a day (he's nearly maxed melle+quest cape). And about all the stakers quitting, I used to stake a lot at one point it was my main source of income but I didn't quit and I know so many pure's who didn't quit, and instead did some quests and continued. A lot of games have Trade Limits, no most MMO's have trade limits or "tax" if you may, Runescape is not ruined. But people who can't handle change are crying. All it did was separate the weak from the strong.

That's right it isn't! The only people it is dead to are those kid's who could only buy rune full helms at 25k and sell at 30k. I believe people call it 'investing' now, and let me tell you, it beats merchanting by a long shot. I'm so angry as to why so many kid's keep spamming the RS forums and in game over this? I have friends making 10-50M a week, old style merchanting doesn't go anywhere close to that! Why don't they try it and stop spamming and making such a big deal over a 8 month old update! Is it because it is to much for them to perdict when item's are gonna go up? Or is it to hard for them to buy something come back next day and sell without putting in any effort? It does take more knowledge, but merchanting or whatever is not dead.

Only thing is, that it's common courtesy to not take someone's monsters if they have been there longer. Not fair to them, you wouldn't like it to happen to you either would you? But if it's a place like mmmmm Goblins? With a safe spot, then thats different.

I hear you bro, I hate the AGS really. My favourites in order is probabbly: BGS, SGS, ZGS, and AGS last. I could care less of hitting high, bandos does the same thing and what you hit 10-15 less? But whatever your fightings def goes down to what a level 40 would have. I get flamed constantly also (example: lol nub cant u afford anything better?), hello dude with a party hat here <_<, of course I can afford the others, but I'm fine with my BGS.

All the time, I started this like a week ago. Ask them if they want to borrow something, my p hat? my fury? Godsword? etc, I usually go around the GE looking for a random low level minding his own business. Makes me feel gooooood :D

Im an avid PC gamer, Nvidia 9600, Quad core at 3.2GHz, 1TB harddrive, my computer makes the PS3 look weak, performance and graphics wise. Now let me tell you, Graphics do not make a game. Fun does. I played Crysis, COD4, WoW ( :oops: ) and much much more that these 'real' gamers brag about. Out of all of them I perfer Runescape and I know that I will continue to do so. Any true gamer, will not bash another game. If they don't like it they want talk about it, simple as that. What you ran into are called 'fan boys', very annoying [puncture]s they are. I like Runescape because of its simplicity, I hate game's with a million differnt controls. If anything, the fanboys you ran into are biased, if anything only those 12 year olds are immature (there are some mature one's tho :P). I know so many people in univerrsity, college, adults and much more who play Runescape and perfer it over other games. And just so you know, the kids you ran into are calling themselves GAMERS LOL! If you think RS's rep is bad because of fanboys like these, just check the rep of all MMO's in general. I assure you, go to any FPS game, any other community who play system games they will have their share of fanboy's who will be bashing on MMO's. All MMO's have the same concept, train train train. All games are 'click and stare and watch them get xp'. They think there better because they have to press f3 then 'I' for the inventory and some attack key again? Runescape is a real game, a real MMO, with just a lot of fanboy's hating on it. Probabbly because they got scammed/hacked/died and couldn't live with it. If they say they played for 20 minutes and quit, why are they constantly so angry with the game if they played it for 20 minutes? They played it a lot lot more. Anyways that is just my little rant :D

I can give a pretty harsh explanation, but I will try to tone it down as much as I can, so Tip.it stays a friendly community :D Anyways, they do it because they are VERY VERY young and shouldn't be playing the game in the first place. As you know, it's mostly guys who do this, if not ONLY guys in hope of getting it on VIA a Instant Messenger webchat or some other sort. Or it's a child predator as a girl :shock: or some guy playing as a girl for free stuff. Im just so happy you can report it now! Remember what a MMORPG is tho, Mostly Men Online Role Playing Girls

I find it extremly sad. They really think by typing in "need gf/bf" they will get one? Really, these are kid's from miniclips or something under the age of 12. Just report em, easy as that.
