The Tip.it guide for the quest says that I should be getting a fractured crystal from the 4th door. I have gone into that door several times now and searched the chest. It keep saying that it is empty. I have not gotten anything new. I have 8 mirrors, a yellow, blue, and cyan crystal. I don't know what else to do. Please help me. I have been trying to complete this quest for around 4 hours now. It's getting me really frustrated.
