Todays clues:

My first 2009 level! Borrowed a Saradomin Sword and did some slayer today aswell. Soon a strength and hp level. :

The 5 minute timer should be nice for skilling when I forget to look back and end up logging off. I like the update thing their doing aswell, but I wish I could see the quests after their updated. :( (Gives me more reason to start on a project im working on) Odd how mobilising armies wasnt there. They have been going on alot about it. Hope the pheonix looks good, and wonder what the once per day thing is after the pheonix quest. I was surprised that another Achievement Diary was released allready. Was expecting the next one to be sometime this summer, if not longer. :lol: The new spellbook thing should come in handy for sorting spells I use from spells I never use. When they say updating year, I hope for eastern Lands, Mournings End 3 and some other old time classics. :P

Im pretty sure smithing was a profit skill some time ago. A mix of the Skill Capes and the GE was probably what made everything like it is now. Its still possible to make cash of some of the skills people say you loose cash on, but you have to think of a way that "Fast Exp People" wouldnt think of themselves. Smithing can be profitable, but you can also loose loads on 99 if you do what many others do to get 99. What im trying to say is, think outside of the box when a skill seems to cost more then it rewards. :

How much did it cost and from what level? I think it was around 75 or soo. Bought 25k iron ore and enough forging rings for all of the ore. 25'000 x 115 = 2'875'000 25'000 / 140 = 179 (Rounded up from 178,57142857142857142857142857143) 179 x 1100 = 196'900 2'875'000 + 196'900 = 3'071'900 You could probably cut away 5k-7k Iron Ore if you plan on using stealing creation hammers though. ;)

So it would be 3 am on the 31st. (In 8 hours and 42 mins from this post) I might be sleeping. :-#

I thought so too, but I tried out sc and found out it's actually kinda fun :D. Only took 1.5 days for the 14 hammers needed for 75-80. They last quite long too (30k of normal xp/60k double xp) so they save you money and speed up the smithing xp/hour :D And makes you spend less time infront of an anvil which is worth it in itself. :lol:

Thanks to stealing creation hammers, I now have 11630 iron bars leftover. (If i hadnt have used the sc hammers, I would have had to smith those 11.6k bars for 80 smithing) Gotta love clay hammers. :mrgreen:
