Recent trend to include PvM into Comp Cape, i.e. Rush of Blood [Split]
Never had a problem with TDs, not in the Guthix cave, not in the Rush of Blood dungeon, my titan and my magic attacks always quickly disable the shield. Add a dreadnips and the TD is gone in about 4 attacks, no weaponswitching needed.

Sometimes its how you perceive things that matters most. There's lots of stuff people really want, and it's just being shelved for indefinite amounts of time, quests and skill reworks in particular. Those are what people really really want, next to hyped stuff like church of you, revival of old minigames, world events that were promised and so on. But we know those are not in the works, nor do we know anything about some kind of content they are working on. Reading all the stuff the past few months of what JMods say, they only seem to have 'Elf City' as content to mention. Next november that's being pushed out, with some extras as tasks coming out later. What's the other worthwhile content that'll come next? They will 'let the community decide' through the PttP polls. They don't plan ahead, they just do something. Something small, with a tight budget so even adding dialogue, voice acting or adding some new graphics are "all outside the budget". Everythings seems so packaged these days concerning updates at Jagex. Stuff like the minimap icons had to be done in one day because the team only had one day access to some kind of design artist. While the uncontrolled moneyflow of the past years (8realms, MechScape, StellarDawn, FunOrb, even HTML5) has been halted, a too tight budget for projects makes a lot of content feel unfinished. Look at the ports update: we got no extra options to building because all the graphics design went to the three new adventures (and the hunter's moustache apparently), even though all the buildings had an extra floor build in in the initial update to allow extra content build in. The above Q&A is filled with the same stuff: "too big on budget", "not on the top of our list" and so on. Inventor, an update that was promised to be released in 2013 is not even in development, it may not even be made, same with Abbinah. Citadels from clans are left to rot, the overseer of the citadels project has left his seat and all promised (and much needed) changes are 'gone' as the next overseer doesn't know/bother with it. But hey, we'll get a new Vorago rotation for those 200 persons who regulary kill him. All I am trying to say: the development team is drifting on a sea full of awesome ideas, and instead of going fishing and make some good meals out of these ideas/fishes, they are just catching random seagulls and burn them on the bonfire on the middle of their wooden boat. I still love this game, and I know their team is capable of awesome content, their direction and handling of projects is far from desirable.

Soooo, except for batch 2 of Elf City, there isn't really content planned out at all. I don't know how to feel about this.

Invention Skill - To be or not to be?
What's wrong with the Elf City, I love the place and it's not even finished! :D I'd rather still want Invention to come sooner or later, though, but I'd like to see an Invention skill based on magicky engineering, kinda steampunk items that aid you in different environments and skills. Like all the scrapped stuff they've now put into the Treasure Hunter.

Yes I am, and I got it working now. :) Sadly, I've done about 40 trips today, have gotten most of them to wave 20 with the last NPC at 150lp or something, I just can't hit more. I'm doing everything everyone is saying, I just need like 5 seconds more... This is really getting frustrating. The fact that some of my friends are taunting me with their Noxious Staff doesn't aid either. :/ Thanks alot guys! :D Finally made it, after like 50-60 attemps. I'll now go stand outside and scream my lungs out.

I don't drop below 70% HP ever, with void. :X Just got a couple of wave 20's but always with about 500 lp left or so. It's getting depressing. :p

Switching is easily done with TDs (unless with holy water oddly), got 25s kills, but the polypore creatures and strykewyrms are the longest ones, as my titan nor dreadnips can't hit them hard/the spawn animation takes so long. Still stuck at 18 waves. :p

Adrenaline loss of food is no problem, as I use tops 2 food per run. Tried some holy water, but it made me a lot worse at switching, so I've returned to darklight. I'm now consistently getting to wave 18 (instead of sporadic), maybe just need to get lucky with some spawns and not make a few hiccups (like trying to make a second strykewyrm appear before the first one is still doing its dying animation).

Is there really nothing to make your familiar attack something sooner, i spamclick the attack option and he just stands idling next to me, until I'm halfway done with the kill.

I'm not that well at PVM, and the 'attack' option of summons seems to work only 15 seconds after I attack a monster. I think a titan would make me mess up a lot more, but I can try. :p

Still can't get further than 18 waves with my chaotic equipment. :/ I think I do everything well, my kills are just a tad too long. :/ The great thing is no one from my clan wants to borrow me their noxious staff, so I guess I'll have to grind money to just buy a staff for a single minigame.
