Hmm, would you need your second computer with you to get on RuneScape? During the weeks I use my computer at university, while at home I use the family desktop. Wonder how I can set the verification up safely. :s

My dissatisfication with PVPers was just a personal opinion, while I would like them out of *my* game, I would do a lot to get them back if I were Jagex. But Legacy isn't te solution to me. The damage has been done, clans were fated to go extinct after the removal of trade and wilderness. EOC was the final straw which eliminated the last standing PVPers. Getting that whole system of clans back up when there isn't that much playerbase growth is very hard. Most players now are now trying to get maxed/comped, that's a whole different mindset than a PKer. So I really doubt the PK clans will ever come back.

Haven't been insulted ingame since 2007, so you understand why I like the wilderness empty. :p

Might be, I play because I can relax, not to get insulted constantly. I think most non-PVPers would feel the same way.

Given the nature of the effiency crowd, i'm glad how Jagex made it all much too easy now. Really? After a long day you don't love to unwind with a few other people? Shame man, minigames and free for all is so much fun. Nope, don't like getting screamed at just because I owned them in combat. I don't want to know what they've supposed to have done to my mother, what I should do with their genitals, how much I know how to hack into their computer/Jagex computers. And certainly don't want their entitlement that all RuneScape is about is PVP and thus everything should be catered to them when they start crying. I do love minigames, but I don't like the macho-crybaby culture involved within the PVP scene.

Given the nature of the PVPcommunity: I'm glad they are mostly gone now.

Well, I don't like that Jagex butchered Demon Slayer quest, do I deserve respect now from the common populace? The game was in dire need of a change in direction. They took a risk, they did it bad, but now with Revolution, I don't think anyone really has to complain. I really don't get what non-EOCers are still mad about: just put on Revolution, Momentum, or just leave it at manual. Same for the NIS: I was a huge complainer because I couldn't get a pre-NIS setup exactly as I wanted. I adapted. Boohoo. Game was totally ruined because I now have a better way to distribute my task bars ingame.

The decline in new players entering the game is what is ruining RuneScape, right now it's almost only the old loyal fanbase that is playing. RuneScape can't attract that many kids anymore, because of its crappy image moest have of the game, and because MMO's in general are getting extinct. There is a big development team budy making the early experiences of new players as comfortable as possible, but I doubt it would help to attract new players. Sure, Jagex has enough wealth coming at them through the microtransactions, but how long will the old playerbase remain? Not everybody will have a career, a loving husband/wife, children and a maxed runescape character they will still play on.

I still want the concept of the hybrid armour sets implemented in the RNG tasks. Would give a person at least a proper 'finish line'. Having spent every day at the Phoenix without even getting one eggling, I'd really appreciate that.

Yeah, a week or go, some mod said they are looking into a grouping system for activities, Mod Kelpie in his Team 1 blog I think. :)

Unknown Warrior, you are not the only one with this problem. I wonder if people these days are able to get the Mort'ton Quest done (temple building), or the hybrid armours. Even FOG, Soul Wars and Pest Control are dead, Barbarian Assault probably too (even though I didn't check that place). Most of my Runescape friends are a tight knitted group of people who know each other for 5-10 years, we really depend on each other to get stuff from those minigames. While I do understand that a lot of these games lost their popularity by better exp/money methods, it's quite concerning there is literally NO one who still plays it. I am not saying the game is dying, but a lack of new players who 'filled up' the leaving playerbase plays a big role in this. I doubt reworks will make them popular again, which is a shame.

I hope Jagex will take a look at the lore-minded population of the playerbase (through this poll) and takes notice how that particular population votes in lore-polls. Just to avoid the stupid majority [bleep]ing up all the lore and stories.

All Elder Gods come from Edda-Mah, Edda-Bik, Edda-Wen, Edda Ful and Edda-Jas, the first generation of Elder Gods. Who created those, well... Guess that's stuff we won't dive into in the near future.

Nihil familiars seem to do great, they autoattack the enemy you are hitting, no need to direct them.

So I can do runespan on one account and go slaying with another account at the same time, without doing anything illegal? Oo
